We had a really plesant stay at this hotel. Unfortunately the staff that checked us in were quite rude and unhelpful, however the reception staff the day after, the porter and cleaning staff redeemed our faith in the staff team as they were lovely! Breakfast was fairly basic but many options.

There were ants in the room, on the walls and on the bed. We had one night in this hotel and had to change rooms. Lost so much time in our stay in rome. And the wifi didn‘t work, the elevator had room for only 2 people at once. The roof had mold and the other stuff in the room also very moldy like the trash can and shower. Definitely not a 4 star hotel. Only thing that was good is the location.

Good location, rooftop bar and friendly staff
Room was a good size, had high ceilings and good air conditioning for the blistering heat in July. Bed was fairly comfortable and the room was very clean. Only wish the shower could’ve gotten a bit hotter, but this was a very small issue compared to the overall quality of the hotel. The rooftop has an amazing sunset view over the city and a nice bar/restaurant on the ground floor. They kept our luggage secured for us while we explored Rome after checking out as well. Very close to Roma Termini which is very convenient and not a far drive into all the main tourist attractions. Overall would recommend.

When we got into the room and went into the shower we found dirty hair in the shower so we could not take a shower. I tried to call the front desk but the phone did not work either. I had to walk downstairs and tell them about the bathroom in the phone they sent a lady to clean the bathroom but never fix the phone.

About a 15 minute walk to the colosseum. One thing I didn't like was the smell as soon as walking into to the room. It smelled like sewer probably coming from the bathroom, not a nice smell.
