The neighborhood area was safe. From this place it is walking distance to The Vatican and the Olympic stadium. Excellent service.

You can’t afford to miss this one!!
Alessia is a superb host, it was a pity we just stayed here for 1 day, but absolutely recommended to everyone! The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, street parking just outside the gate and extremely easy to find. 5 star apartment!

Cool place to stay in Rome, close to the Vatican and many dining options, lots of small cafes and stores around, not too crowded which was really great. The staff is simply amazing, our late check-in was super smooth, they followed up via WhatsApp which is incredibly conveniente. I would stay here again for sure!

A Wonderful Stay
We had a wonderful stay at Gardenia Suites. The location is great, on a quiet street about 15 minutes walk to the Vatican and downtown area of Rome. The room looked newly remodeled and had a fresh, clean look. The staff were also very nice, and helped us to arrange for a shuttle to the airport.

The property don’t have an active staff! The just provide coupons for a near cafeteria for breakfast. If you arrive earlier they dont open doors until 2 pm. Never find front desk service. Is like a apartment rent service. Except for the cleaning people. If you arrive earlier you need to wait with your luggage until they open the door. Is not an hotel.

Beautiful accommodations. Large room with king size bed and a single for the 3 of us. Very clean, and has a fridge in the room as well as a kettle and coffee cups. Grocery store 5 min away. The rooms are cleaned daily and provide fresh towels daily. There is a safe in the room. I felt very safe as the complex area is gated and has solid locks on doors. The style is like an apartment. Windows have blackout blinds and opened to a beautiful garden view!:). Excellent location as bus stop outside the complex as well as around the corner, and recommended restaurant with authentic Italian food was 10 minute walk. Easy 12 minute walk to Vatican City. The owner does not stay at the property, but responds quickly to WhatsApp communication.

Beautiful, quiet property. Within walking distance to Sistine Chapel and St. Peter's Basilica. Rooms extremely clean. Staff friendly and so accommodating. 15 min. walk to metro..so you can get to wherever you want to go in Rome easily. Breakfast provided at local "Sargenti's"....great coffee and breakfast croissants.

The free air con is amazing. There’s free WiFi. There’s free breakfast!! Had an incident where we blocked the toilet and the stag fixed it that day whilst we went out. Place is amazing. Might seem far from the centre but there’s a bus stop outside that’ll take you in and you’re only a 10 minute walk away from the Vatican. Loved it.

The property is well positioned and very clean, Irina is very professional Wi-Fi good Annoying noise when you use the bathroom Missing towel holder If as breakfast you are ok with a croissant, coffee and juice - included in price- you are good to go to explore the city where you have to be very careful with your belongings
