Dear Emily,We apologize that your experience was not enjoyable, but it seems that this may be due to a mistake from your side. Can you please point out where it was indicated that you were renting an apartment? Your statement seems to be inaccurate and unfair. It is clearly stated everywhere that this is a Suite and not an apartment. Additionally, the amenities section does not mention a kitchen, and the pictures provided are completely authentic.Again, we are sorry for the confusion but this cannot be attributed to us AAYS Staff
