I booked a room with a jacuzzi but unfortunately, the tub was leaking when the jet started running. I found this as soon as i checked in as turning on jacuzzi was the first thing i did. The front desk lady came by and told me there is something going on with the tub and the repair man has to look at it and later told me the tub needs to be dismantled and be inspected with. I asked for the replacement room which they did not have. I asked for the compensation for the jacuzzi not working properly and the next day the management told me it was "probably" me who was not using the tub. Poor customer service / management who blames customers. I am very aware of how to use a jacuzzi tub and when the tub leaks from the underneath, there is a fundamental issue with the tub. Unfortunately nothing was done and paying more than 150 euro was not worth the stay except it was close from the transporation and it was fairly clean. Their desk is open only during limited hours which makes communication quite difficult as well.

The place was near Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps and was also easy to ride the Metro and bus route, with a lot of food options.

Had no hot water, got many bug bites, no way to reheat food, did not look as advertised, kettle was broken, limited check in hours. Wouldn’t mind if just one issue and the price was low, but this costs waaaay too much for what it is. Exceptionally basic. And the noise was god awful. Heard everything, stomping everything going on in the street. Super loud. Slept poorly. Did have nice courtyard, bed was comfy, and staff was friendly.

I loved Excellence Suites. I booked a single room and was expecting it to be really small, but did not expect the generous private balcony! Staff was kind, yet not in your face, and the location is fabulous. I’d definitely return. Especially if I could get the Vespa room again!

Our four night stay at Excellence Suite was very enjoyable. Our room was nice, clean, and very adequate for our needs. We even had a private terrace with table and chairs for spending some quiet time outside the room. The staff was very friendly and willing to help us navigate the area, The only reason that I gave the area around the property 4 stars is because of the distance to parking (if driving in Rome). Otherwise, no problems as were able to catch a taxi within 2 to 3 minutes at most.

I regret to inform you that my recent stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. As someone who has traveled extensively for the past 10 years, this marks only my second review of a hotel. Unfortunately, the rooms did not match the images presented online. Additionally, the elevator accommodates only one person at a time, necessitating multiple trips if you have luggage. While the exterior sign indicates that this is a 2-star establishment, I would personally rate it closer to a 1-star. Families traveling with children should also be aware that an extra room may be required. Based on my experience, I would advise potential guests to consider other options.

Terrible organisation and communication with hotels.com. Reception closes early and they force us to pay the taxes using a WhatsApp link that comes from a number that is not in the hotel website. Against the guidance of hotels.com. Why not simply then allow us to pay everything at reservation. I had my reservation paid and they refused to provide the code for me to enter the building: at night.

Okay hotel good location
the entrance to the hotel looks far from a 4 star hotel - more like 2 star with gsrbsge cans on the way, the the staff were ikay. we reserved 5 rooms and I called before to make sure that the hotel had a lift. they assured me there is a new one, they did not say it doesn't reach the 4th floor and they put 3 rooms at the top. I don't consider this us a good service. other then that some mattreses were new and some very old. altogather it flt pretty basic. No staff from 7 PM No breakfast. Location is great which is important. check the mattress vefore taking the room
