Hi Mr Francis, we are grateful for your review and will certainly try to improve where we can.As for the tea kettle in the room, it is not supplied, but we will be happy to accommodate you upon request. The brand we use for tea is Twinings and I don't think it is of poor quality.As for the reception, perhaps it fell within the half hour that the boy had left to run an errand, from 6pm to 6.30pm.We hope to have you again as a customer in our facility so you can see our improvements.Thank you
