We had a lovely stay at Coronari Palace. Why we recommend this place: -It was easy to communicate with staff via the Expedia app. They always responded in a timely manner. -Staff coordinated our airport to hotel transfer. We asked if they can help us with an airport transfer for us, which was simple and easy. The driver was waiting for us with our name at the airport, ready to take us to the hotel. They let us know ahead of time that we had to pay €80 in cash to the driver, worth it in my opinion. -Location was great. All the major sites were in walking distance. There was also a taxi queue outside of the hotel, which made it easier to get around Rome. -We stayed in the junior suite. It was quite spacious for just my husband and I. But it can easily accommodate more people. It had a mini living room with a couch, wardrobe, mini fridge and a separate space for the bed and bathroom. -Room was clean and the AC worked amazingly. It kept our room frigid which is what we wanted. Things to keep in mind: -The staff is only there until 630am-10pm (I think! Double check!), so if you’re coming to check in later than that or check out earlier than 630am, let them know ahead of time. -Bathroom was small and so was the elevator, but I think this is standard everywhere here.

Coronari Palace was perfect for our four days in Rome. Walking distance to all the sights but also close to main roads if you want to take transit or snag a taxi. The room was quiet and had everything we needed, the bed was comfy, and staff were pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was also good with a few options for sweet, protein or savoury and a selection of tea and coffees were made fresh for each guest. We enjoyed having the roof top patio to escape the crowds in the evening with a beer or bottle of wine before heading out for dinner.

Coronari Palace was a great location, centrally locate to many main sites, restaurants and shopping. Also conveniently located near a taxi stand. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again on a future trip or recommend to others.

Excellent location close to all main attractions. Property condition is not as good. Bathroom needs to be updated. Floor was filthy and in some parts not well maintained. Bed was very comfortable. But room might need a refresh with a different and brighter color.

The room went unused because I was in an accident and medically unable to travel. This occurred days after the booking and I reached out immediately to request credit to be applied to a later booking. Every airline, hotel, tour provider, etc. in Italy either offered refunds or credits, except this property. It is really unfortunate as we looked forward to our stay. Despite multiple attempts, policies are far more important than people at this property.

Beautiful, quiet hotel with a gorgeous rooftop and free breakfast. It's only steps away from the Piazza Navona and Sant'Agnese in Agone church (both of which blew me away), however despite being so close to heavy foot traffic, it's very quiet at night. The real selling point of this hotel though is the staff- the associate at the front desk is extraordinarily helpful (calling and arranging taxis) and also the staff at breakfast- making delicious espressos at request. My husband and I loved our stay here and if we are fortunate to get the opportunity to come back to Rome in our lifetimes, we will definitely be back at the Coronari Palace.

This place is a dump. We stayed in the "suite". It was filthy. Floors were so dirty they were sticky. Lots of flies in the room. To make it worse, the suite is located right behind the front desk. You hear all the noise from people checking in and out, the bad music the desk person plays. To add to the misery you get woken up early by the kitchen staff making breakfast right next to where you are trying to sleep behind a paper thin wall. Peeling paint, exposed wiring and water dripping down the walls. Save yourself from a nightmare and stay anywhere else

Property is a great location in Rome. Everything is walkable and the property is centrally located to the major attractions of Rome. Lots of shopping & dinning options everywhere. Staff was helpful, breakfast was convenient and nice.

Only place in Rome I will stay!
Breakfast was wonderful. There is a large selection of pastries, fruits, and even american style breakfast with eggs and bacon. The service is incredible. Luka, Irosh, and Emanuella are the best. They helped with calling cabs, best local foods, and all questions. The supplied mini fridge is complimentary on the first round with coca cola, sprite, water, and a snack. Our standard room was average but clean and the terrace on top is nice to end the day. Location is great for walking and the furthest attraction is Vatican City one direction and the Coliseum the other direction. 30 min each way so we split them between to 2 days. We came on a budget and this place delivered more than expected. The area felt safe and just a block away from a more fast paced piazza. Its a bit hard to find but conveniently located.
