Perustasoa nukkumiseen

Voit saada parempaa vastinetta rahoillesi monessa muussa paikassa. Majapaikassa ei ole vastaanottoa tarjolla kuin rajoitetun ajan. Saavuimme hotellille yhdeksän aikaan illalla, josta olimme ilmoittaneet hotelliin hyvissä ajoin. Tieto ei johtajan mukaan ollut tullut, vaikka lähetin sen Hotel.com- "yhteydenotto majapaikkaan" linkin kautta. Myös sivulla oleva puhelinnumero menee vain vastaajaan. Näin ollen vastaanotossa oli kirje ja avaimet hintaluokaltaan huonompaan huoneeseen. Halvempi huone on sisäpihalle, ikkunanäkymä roska-astioihin ja henkilökunnan tupakointipaikkaan.Tupakan haju ja savu tulevat pahasti huoneeseen. Aamiainen tilataan edellisenä iltana lomakkeella ja tuodaan aamulla huoneeseen. Paahtoleipä, hillot, voi, ja muut ovat muoviin käärittyjä, kanamuna toiveiden mukaan ja kuppi kuumaa juotavaa. Valju ja tunkkainen. Naapurostossa on onneksi paljon kahviloita ja ravintoloita. Mainostettu luksuskosmetiikka on palasaippua ja suihkushampoo, joka toimii yleispesuaineena. Ihmetyttää kuitenkin, miksi nimillämme varustettu kirje ja avaimet toiseen huoneeseen oli odottamassa saapumistamme? Asiakaspalvelu oli luokatonta.
