I do not recommend this hotel
I do not recommend this hotel. The hotel is located in a tickytacky commercial area of Rome with no charm. Ten minute walk to anywhere remotely charming. Second, terrible customer service. Never saw my original booked room. When I told them on my arrival I was a solo traveler, the rep gave me an ‘upgrade’ she said to a three person room. I went to see it and it was nice but was like a cave it was so dark. Went back to front desk, they said they had no more rooms, I was given a four person room that at least had decent light. What happened to my original two person deluxe room? I asked to speak with the hotel manager, was told he was out. There was no hotel manager on site for the entire 5 day stay. The woman at the front desk two days into my trip told me it was her last day, the hotel manager was never on site and she was tired of dealing with all the customer complaints. My strong recommendation is DO NOT STAY HERE. The hotel is vastly overpriced for its location and amenities and poorly managed, there are much better choices of hotel in Rome!

The CC Palace and their staff were wonderful. We enjoyed 3 nights there and a 4th night the night before our return flight. The hotel is in an excellent location within walking distance to most sites. We even walked to the Vatican. The breakfast on the terrace was great too with lots of choices. The service was great and we would definitely stay here again.

Very nice room at a walkable distance to most historical sites and the staff is also great about calling taxis or providing recommendations on places to eat. Had my adult kids and husbands on the trip and the room felt spacious. Very nice bathroom and clean facilities. The hotels had a nice selection every morning for breakfast.

The hotel is located in a central location. 10 minutes to the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, shopping, etc. the hotel staff were all extremely friendly. Clean, spacious rooms, comfortable beds and excellent water pressure in the shower. Contential breakfast was perfect, lots of assortments baked goods and cereals, eggs, etc to choose from. Overall an excellent experience and would highly recommend. Will stay here again if I’m lucky enough to get back To Roma!

The property is very well maintained, modern settings I loved the rooms very comfortable beds. The breakfast was delicious specially the coffee variety such as macchiato, cappuccino. Loved the rooftop at night. There’s a small market next to the hotel very convenient and also a restaurant. Overall very pleasant stay.

The room was very clean , near many landmarks. Hotel arranged a taxi from airport. We had the executive suite for 5 people and it was a little tight, it would have been helpful to have additional luggage racks. We had to leave early and the hotel had bags ready for us that had a generous amount of food since we missed breakfast that morning. It was a lovely stay.

Good hotel, clean and safe and i was pleasantly surprised.. Close walking distance to all the attractions especially colloseum. The staff are very friendly and helpful whether its reception or the breakfast. Would def recommend this hotel and area. Walter was really helpful too 😊 They cater for gluten free for breakfast. It would be good if they could fit a small gym area somewhere as i missed working out.
