The rooms were exceptionally clean and lovely, and the location was superb. Marta was incredibly kind and accommodating. She provided clear instructions for check-in and even organized an airport pick-up for us. We will definitely choose to stay here again.

The place is Well located. But very difficult to find street and entrance needs a code no visible sign saying it is there. I walked for hours trying to find it. I would never recommend it for its difficulty in finding and entering.

Lovely stay close to several piazzas
Beautiful hotel room in an excellent location. Staff were so friendly. We arrived at 2am and the self check in instructions made our life very simple! The room was always clean and the snacks on arrival was a lovely touch. I would definitely recommend!

Really Loved our Stay Here
We really enjoyed our stay here and would book again. The room was larger than expected and the AC worked well (important in Rome in July). It's very close to the Spanish Steps, shopping, restaurants, as well as being quite quiet for the area. Our only complaint would be the check-in process. We texted them as requested on the day before, but did not hear back. We went to the hotel not knowing if everything was ok and if we had a place to stay. Turns out they use WhatsApp and had messaged us a few hours earlier - though we never received a notification. I would recommend they add some more layers to their communication, such as including an email - or at the very least, telling people that WhatsApp is the main communication and not just saying to text.

Great location to many of the important places to visit, within walking distance to the metro, and lots of excellent restaurants in this pretty cobblestoned area. The guesthouse itself was lovely and well appointed with all necessary amenities. Staff was extremely helpful. If we come back to Rome, we will certainly stay here. Thank you.

Great location. We couldn’t sleep in and relax like you would on a vacation with the loud construction going on in the property. The hostess wasn’t the best with communication. The gentleman who services the property was very pleasant.

Perfect location - every historic site is 30 minutes or less. 2 blocks to the Spanish steps. Very good for shopping and dining. My only caution is they advertise having air conditioning but you can’t turn it down as desired and it never kicked on during 4 days in June for us.

Great, convenient place to stay ! It is about 3 minutes from the Spanish Steps, but on a very quiet street. Feels like a quaint Italian experience while you’re there.

Great location and service
The room was very clean and the staff very nice. We were able to leave our luggage early in the morning before check in and once our rooms were ready were allowed to access them. Some fixtures and access to power were outdated. The simple skeleton key to access each individual room led me to question the security of rooms within the guest house. The location was perfect! All in all, I would book again.

I did enjoy my stay and I loved the vintage style of the room. The key 🔑 was a little problematic as it’s hard to use most times. Host left some yummy snacks and water upon arrival and it was well received.

You can walk to pretty much everywhere, although the Capitol/forum is a good 30mins (although fascinating so you’ll want to give it a bit longer and stop for coffees and ice creams and such). Room is absolutely fine. Big comfortable bed, hot shower and everything you need. The location is percect, a couple of minutes from the Spanish steps and loads of good quality restaurants, delicatessens, ice cream shops and bars right on the doorstep. Quite near the high end fashion shopping district but walkable to other more down to earth neighbourhoods. We spent four nights here in order to do a three day condensed visit to central Rome, the Vatican and Ancient Rome, and it’s hard to think of how it could have been better placed or more apt (assuming you like to be self-contained and don’t need the full services of a fancy hotel.)

Great place for exploring Roma
Fun small place. It is a great location! You are right in the center of shopping and restaurants! Close to the metro but walking distance to almost everything! We were out early and in late so didnt get to try breakfast... We felt safe in the area!

The communication about the room was confusing and my daughter and I ended up in the wrong room but didn't know about that until Friday night when we thought someone was trying to get into our room. Unbeknownst to us, we had someone else's room and the way it was explained to use about how we were to get to our room, was not quite explained right. I think it should have been explained a bit better and maybe a picture should have been sent and we didn't get breakfast so we had to buy a lot of food.

We only got back yesterday and staying where we did in Rome was perfect. Location was amazing. The surrounding area was perfect for sight and dining out. Accommodation was better than we expected for the price, so much better than a cheap chain hotel. Individual and charming. Contact details were easy and self explanatory. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Thank you to Marta who was on hand via what’s app and to the gentleman at the B&B. If we can we will be back. Rome was amazing.
