Very, very poor service.
And a huge scam.
1. The problem started when we politely asked the accommodation if we could check in half an hour later than the normal time because our train was delayed. They refused and were not helpful in finding another solution.
2. Two hours before we were supposed to check in and arrive, we received a text message that our room was double booked and that we needed to find another place to sleep.
We went back and forth with them, but ended up finding another place to sleep. Once we arrived at our new hotel, we received a message saying they had made a mistake and the room was not double booked after all, and that our reservation was still valid.
We demanded a refund of our money since it was their mistake and they canceled on us. They refused and charged our card without us staying there.
3. After they charged our card, we have not heard from them and they are not responding to our messages.
There is also no help available from hotels.com.
Therefore, we absolutely do not recommend this place.
