Luxury guest house is not the right description. Broken toilet seat was promised to be repaired and never happened, broken stove could’ve been replaced easily with $ charged daily

Rome's Hidden Gem

Nice, quiet and secure location within reasonable walking distance to most major Roman spots. Comfortable room with the main essential - a fridge - present. Great, friendly hosts - Ariana and Armando - who left us to our own devices but were within easy communication. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Ariana was so warm and friendly! They gave us great tips and advice. The room was so clean and we loved the table and chair set in the room. A big thing was the bed-- so comfortable! Perhaps one of our favorite things about staying here was going and visiting them during the day at Bar Trevi! We will definitely stay here again when coming back to Rome.

A pleasant stay

Great value and a pleasant stay. Our host was very nice and guided us to an amazing restaurant a couple of blocks away. She even left a surprise dessert for me when she found out it was was my Birthday. A close walk to the Borgese gardens and musuem. The other attractions are 20 to 30 minute walk if you don't know your way around. The stay included a cappuccino and cresent or pastrie a few doors down. That's a nice way to start the morning.

Do not recommend. VERY RUDE HOST

Awful do not stay here. Rudest lady ever. We missed out flight and were a day late to arrive . I emailed her and let her know we would be there the next day in the morning. When we arrived I called to let her know we were there. She began yelling at me and refused to let us in for the day because she did not want to make the trip and CHARGED us for both nights. Would not recommend I have never had such an awful and rude person to deal with.

Staff were really friendly and welcoming and gave lots of useful local advice. They went above and beyond when they realised it was my birthday as well! Room was comfortable and facilities were good. A little noisy if other guests were getting in late/leaving early due to reception being just outside door, apart from this no external noice. Really good location just 15 min walk from Spanish steps. Great value for money for weekend away in Rome!

Tive uma ótima experiência na hospedagem no Ariana, já iniciando com a presteza e acolhimento do anfitrião, que antes da minha chegada enviou todo orientação necessária para chegar e localizar o endereço, além de responder prontamente todas as nossas necessidades. Apartamento bem limpo, com bom espaço para três pessoas, com ar-condicionado e frigobar. Banheiro com um ótimo chuveiro com água quente. Camas confortáveis. Localização boa, com restaurantes, supermercafo e transporte público próximos. Dá para ir à vários pontos turísticos à pé. Recomendo a estadia para família ou amigos que vão à Roma.

Pas une chambre luxury

Chambre et salle de bain pas très grande. Nous avions une armoire ,une table et deux chaises pliantes ainsi qu’un frigo. J’aurais aimé un porte bagage et un micro-onde. Nous étions à 15 minutes d’un métro et 5 minutes d’un bus. Propreté et confort moyen. Je ne pense pas y retourné.
