Everything was good in this hotel, it was clean and staff was nice, only things is that our room was flooded the first day and no one to call because it was late, the next day the staff member was on it and very polite, he cleaned right away! But overall very nice!

Good for quick stay.
Conveniently located by the central train station. There's a lift so that's a plus. The gentleman at the front desk allowed us to store the luggage in our room since we arrived early, the room wasn't clean yet and it was before checkin time anyway. The bathroom shower stall was a bit small and the glass shelf was dilodged which could have easily fell off and unto our feet.

The property is located on the 4th floor of an old building. There was no one at front desk and we rang the bell multiple times not knowing how to enter. The phone number was not working. After 5 mins or so, the manager opened the door and rudely asked us why we rang the bell multiple times. He was rude throughout and did not budge to show us how the keys operate. We figured that the phone number works on WhatsApp only. The room was small and suffocating. The area had no restaurants. It was the run down part of the city. Not recommended for families.

Great little hotel
We enjoyed a lovely overnight stay at Hotel Amici - very simple, small boutique hotel. Has lots of character! Our concierge recommended a lovely little place around the corner for breakfast. Recommended.

Room had an odor to it, it was very clean though. The shower leaked on the floor everytime. To many keys to access the room. Very outdated key system. Keys were very large to carry around

Never again!
The room was ok but what was not ok was the lock on the entrance door on the 4th floor was broken. The man at the reception desk tried blaming us for the lock not opening but he told me the lock didn't work when i checked in. We where stuck in the hotel at one point while he figured out how to open it, and on another day we could not get in until he showed up to open the door with his key. Our key apparently didn't work (which we had two of and neither worked) but still tried to blame us for not knowing how to unlock a door. We lived in Italy for three years and know how to work the locks. The room smelled of sewage from the restroom and the shower was filthy and the ceiling had a weird growth on it. The shower head sprayed water every where and the toilet flush mechanism was broken. I definately will not stay here ever.

Just ok, no frills.
Best part of this stay was the area close to everything. Key hole has direct view into the bed & form the bed to the hallway. Room was located next to the front desk so you hear everything. Front desk gentleman was very nice & cordial. For the price I paid seems too expensive for what you get I would probably not stay here again.
