The place was dirty and the air conditioning was broken, when we contacted the property manager to fix they said it wasn’t working and we were out of luck. We couldn’t sleep it was so hot. Not a good experience

Check in was a nightmare! They use a system called Vikey which should unlock the doors..it did not work. There we were after a long flight from Australia standing outside the door to the apartment and not being able to get in. Some supplied phone numbers were not answering, eventually spoke to someone who said they were on holidays and they were able to remotely unlock the first door..then there is a second door to get into the actual unit. The only way eventually for us to enter and leave was for them to give us a passcode for both doors (different code of course.) The actual apartment was quite nice but the experience really ruined our short stay in Rome. I will never again book in a place that does not have a proper reception facility and I would advise anyone against booking any accommodation that uses the "Vikey" system. Last comment..Hotels.com should make people aware of this at the time of booking, I have used Hotels.com many times before but this experience was very disappointing.

This property seems to be a 3 bedroom apartment that was converted in 3 private apartments for rent. When you ger off the room you have a common kitchen area for the 3 units. The apartment is very nice and comfortable. The downside is that you can hear people when they are in the kitchen area. We did not had any issues but if it could be annoying if you don't get respectfull neighbours. The area where the hotel is near downtown. Very convenient and accessible for public transportation if you want to visit the main Rome attractions. The staff was very friendly and helpful!

The room and facilities were very nice. Good location. Getting into the room was a puzzle, and I usually feel confident in this area. The concierge was helpful with the doors, but when we needed help because the air conditioning was not on, we had to wait 12 hours to get assistance. So lower marks for sleeping one night without air conditioning.

Great place to stay. You need internet to get into building, apartment and room. Also to contact property manager. Other than that your stay will be pleasant. Cleaning daily and all you need is available.

This time the process of checking in was easier as it was known to us , we stayed there before The futon bed was really uncomfortable and the bathroom door was unable to close The kitchen in the common area had a bad strong smell , couldn’t figure what was Construction work in the building , was noisy Checking out at 10 is too early
