Very recommended place
I have stayed two times in this place, the service has been excellent. Hosts are very friendly and accommodating. The place has been exactly was I was looking for, very close to metro stations and walkable to the Vatican Museums entrance. If you’re planning to visit other attractions in Rome I would recommend to use the metro instead of walking; cipro station is just 2 blocks away from here, tickets are very affordable and you can go to all the main area in just minutes. Price is very reasonable for what you are getting (Clean room with hot water in the shower, private toilet and bidet and a warm space). A 24/7 supermarket just a block away and few restaurants nearby. The only thing that could be improved is in regards the noise, you are able to hear the traffic and neighbors easily, however if you are not too sensitive you’ll be okay. Overall a very recommended place to stay.

Ho recentemente soggiornato in questa struttura e ne sono rimasto molto soddisfatto, la camera era molto pulita il letto comodo. Il bagno, spazioso e moderno, disponeva di una doccia ampia e ben funzionante. Un valore aggiunto è stato il balcone privato. Inoltre, il servizio di check-in è stato eccellente rapido, efficiente e con personale cordiale e disponibile. Molto traffico nella strada sottostante crea parecchio rumore. Comunque eccellente

No es un hotel como tal. Son 4 habitaciones adaptadas de lo que anteriormente era un piso. Avisamos 40 minutos antes de llegar y nos hicieron esperar porque te abren el hotel para ti y ya te dan la llave del portal, del segundo portal, de la entrada al hotel y la de la habitación. Aunque esto no me parece mal, tuvimos q esperar un poco y es entendible. Lo malo es el ruido insoportable que entra en la habitación, sobre todo por el balcón. Este está justo encima de carreteras muy transitadas y se escucha una barbaridad. Debería estar mejor insonorizado. La habitación está ordenada y limpia y situada muy cerca del Vaticano, menos de 10 minutos a pie.

Io metterei un appendiabiti all' ingresso per i cappotti , una lampadina nella specchiera del bagno , ed un porta sapone , dentifricio , lenti ect tra il lavandino e lo specchio... Per il resto bel posto .

Durante il mio soggiorno ho erroneamente dimenticato il mio orologio all’interno della camera, ho successivamente contattato il personale di servizio chiedendo gentilmente se fosse possibile recuperarlo per poi riprenderlo. Mi è stato però risposto che l’orologio non c’era, anche se questo non è possibile. Mi dispiace molto, perché tutto sommato l’ambiente dove siamo stati non era poi cosi male.

Super Lage für Ausflüge, Metro um die Ecke, viele Bars, Bistros für jedermann und fast jederzeit. Der Unterkunft ist ausreichend ausgestattet, es fehlte lediglich ausreichenden Kleiderbügeln in Schrank und Hacken in Bad. Auf unserem Wunsch würde das Zimmer zwischendurch gereinigt und neue Handtücher getauscht, Kommunikation mit Gastgeber Top! Fenster liegt zu einer stark befahrenen Straße daher ist der Lärmpegel hoch. Als gesamt Urteil ist aus unserem Sicht die Beurteilung „Gut“ gerechtfertigt.
