The condo is located at Bernard's Landing, a premier waterfront resort. Come experience lake life on the 70-acre resort that offers lush green spaces, panoramic views of the lake and year-round activities for the entire family. The amenities at Bernard's are endless! They include:

Our ground level condo is newly renovated and ready for you to enjoy! A ground floor unit is a premium that you never knew you wanted in a rental. It's a quick walk right off the back deck to the beach, dock, clubhouse pools, or on-site restaurant.

The large bedroom has a king sized bed with linens (which is rare for rentals in the area!). There is also a desk in the bedroom if you are looking to move your home office to a new location for awhile! Although it may be pretty hard to get work done with the lake views calling your name!

The bathroom has been updated and has a walk-in tiled shower. Towels are also provided (which again is a rare find)!

The kitchen is updated with new stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. It is fully stocked just like yours at home! A microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and blender are a few other appliances offered. New pots and pans, dishware, glassware and barware are all provided. Just off the kitchen is a brand new washer/dryer stack unit.

The new living room sofa has a pull-out queen memory foam mattress. The 48inch TV has cable set up for you to relax at night.

A new 4 burner grill is on the back deck. Sit back and enjoy the views on the new Adirondack chairs!
During your stay at this condo building, you're just a quick walk from Smith Mountain Lake. An indoor pool and a gym are available. The condo offers free WiFi and a kitchen.

Anniversary Getaway

Not the first floor we had tried to clarify.
The place was very clean, well decorated and a very comfortable bed in the master bedroom. We explained to the host that in our early 70s we both have significant back injuries that make stairs a challenge. We arrived to find that there were 7 steep stairs to transcend for the front door. It’s impossible to roll luggage around the building to the the back first floor door on the lake. It’s a long walk with huge landscape rocks that are impassable. If not for a younger relative we could not have unloaded nor reloaded. Calling it a first floor unit is “technically” true but very misleading.

We really enjoyed our stay. Both beds were very comfy, the location was great, and they even provided a good supply of pool floats and other things to make our stay more fun. After we left, we left something in the condo and the owners were so sweet about it and mailed it to us. I highly recommend this place.

My rental was for a wedding over a long weekend and it was perfect for a solo traveller like myself!(would also be great size for a couple!) Walking distance to Bernard's Landing clubhouse & a lovely water view!

Great Location for Two People
We have stayed in this set of condos on many occasions and this is definitely one of the best one bedrooms. The furniture is attractive and comfortable, the bathroom is updated, the kitchen was well furnished, and the grill was new with a full tank of gas. We found the bed comfortable as well. We would assuredly book here again.
