Villa Bianca Ocean Blue - Río San Juan
En date du 2 février, nous avons loué la villa à Saint-Domingue pour huit personnes pour la période du 2 au 8 août 2024. Arrivé sur place nous avons constaté que cette maison n’était pas adaptée pour huit personnes. En effet il y a trois chambres pour trois couples et une dépendance qui se trouve à l’arrière de la maison soit une petite chambre avec sanitaire. En complément la maison n’est pas entretenue et est très sale. Nous avons constaté les faits suivants ; - toilettes qui ne fonctionne pas, voir photo - Lave-vaisselle qui ne fonctionne pas et qui est déboîté de son emplacement - Insalubrité dans la cuisine - Insalubrité générale de la maison - Trois chaises longues de piscine pour une maison de huit personnes - Manque de linge de cuisine - Manque de parasol pour la piscine le ménage à l’arrivée des hôtes n’a pas été fait. En conclusion et on regarde de ce qui précède nous demandons une réparation à hauteur de deux huitièmes du montant de location + un dédommagement de 10 %. Dernier point, il nous a été très difficile de contacter le propriétaire ou loueur de la maison « Ilc. Dickson Sanchez +1 (849) 917-4150 ». Nos tentatives ont été infructueuses.
