The Ranch at La Joya is a new luxurious modern farm house set back in a private gated neighborhood of La Joya in Rincon called Tres Palmas Tropical Estates. It is conveniently located off RIncons Route 413 "Road to Happiness" and has unobstructed views throughout the valley to the Caribbean Sea.Just 5 minutes drive to Steps Beach,Tres Palmas, Dogmans, Marias,Domes and all the popular bars and restaurants.The house was designed for open concept living.The gourmet kitchen has all stainless steel appliances including a microwave and dishwasher,and a gas stove. There is a separate laundry room on the pool level residence with a slop sink for all your family needs.The house is located in a beautiful neighborhood and is directly across from steps beach below the English Rose.Once you settle in you won’t want to leave the salt water pool.The house has plenty of space inside and outside and is adjacent to a beautiful horse ranch.At pool level the villa has two large bedrooms,each with one queen bed per bedroom.
The third bedroom consist of two queen beds, a full bath,sitting room and is located on the lower floor of Villa,with its own entrance. The location of the Villa cannot be matched!! No immediate neighbors, just perfect serenity, and beautiful views and no noise, and just a 5 minute ride to Tres
Palmas Marine Reserve for the best snorkeling on the island.
