My family and I always stay at this property. The service is always great. As soon as walk in the front desk always remembers my family and i right away. The Assistant Manager Lamont who we love. He's goes above and beyond to make sure our stay is so personal. He's a good representation of the establishment..

The toilet did not work properly. Then when I went down to use the lobby restroom, there was no toilet paper. The sofa bed mattress was dirty so we didn’t use it.

My room 215 had noise starting about 5:30.am I think it was from elevator. Breakfast at 8:30 was a little lacking. Cleanliness and staff was very good.

Upon arrival for checking in I waited at the front desk b4 I was eventually greeted by a staff member. She appeared to be annoyed with an unpleasant attitude. She explained that most rooms were not available until 3pm. However, she indicated that a room on the 1st floor was available, I accepted the room. Upon entering the room the order was very smelly, the room was very cold and dark. Actually the room was a dump and the health department should close the room for occupancy. After trying to make the decision of what should I do. That when this loud noise continued to be very noticeable, I looked out the windows and discovered the heating/air was directly at the window. At this point I took my belongings and went to the front desk. I was greeted by a young man who was very professional and completely attentive to my issues. He informed me that he would exchange my room and the room would be ready in a few minutes. I was very pleased with this transaction, therefore, I asked if I could leave my luggage while I went to lunch. When I returned the keys for the room were waiting with my name. This room was in much better condition. Sorry I don’t have the names of the staff, however, I want to express my appreciation to the young man who was so helpful. During my stay all my contacts with this gentleman were positive. On the other hand the 1st young lady who assigned me to the 1st room isn’t an asset to the Springhill Suite. I arrived on Saturday @ approximately 1:15 pm.

I liked my room as it was clean and comfortable. The carpeting in places was tattered. I would have liked an ATM machine in the entrance area. The staff was amazing! There was a roach walking around the dining room food counters that I told the staff about and they got right on it.

Check-in process went smoothly. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Overall stay was pretty nice. The only thing I didn’t like was the weird sounds and movements that the elevator made going up to our room.

A few things negative and positive I can share: 1. After booking thru Expedia told at desk Checking out I had to contact Expedia for My receipt. Did not make sense 2. Muffins at breakfast were very stale. Not eatable ! 3. Hotel has great safe location 4. Carpets in rooms, elevator and hall ways Need daily vacuum. Uncomfortable Walking on room rug without shoes 5. Small roach was stepped on by guests in Breakfast area. : prices being charged in this market Should not have these issues. Daily Guest expectations 6. Great feeling walking in front door

Despite requesting a crib twice, including the day of check in. It was not in the room when we arrived. We drive 7 hours and had a toddler sleeping at 10pm and no crib. I asked the front desk and they said he right up. I came back 10 minutes later to employee watching TV in breakfast area. Ants in bathroom
