At first check in went well, then the neighbors being loud yelling, screaming banging on the walls. We called the front desk, they said security would talk to them. Not 5 mins later, same commotion and ruckus came form the thin walled neighbors. After multiple calls and being redirected, i was finally able to move rooms. Then upon check out i was doubled charged for the valet charge.. the manager is not helpful, nor very pleasant to talk to.

The Richmond Marriott is a very nice place to stay. Every single staff member was kind and helpful. The place is comfortable, beautiful and clean. The restaurant is incredible! The food was SO good. Will definitely stay here again.

The property is located in a central location in the city however the valet parking area is challenging when they are busy. Took quite some time to get someone to get the car at check-in. Went to front desk and the wait was about 20 minutes and they didn't have the room we reserved. The person helping us just said she would be back and didn't return and sent someone else over, very unprofessional. Then after being told they didn't have a room and they realized we were upset, a room became available. The restaurant was the bright spot, food was amazing. Around 2am there was a random knock on the door, that woke us up. Then around 9am the housekeeper came and aggressively knocking again and woke us up again. Definitely not a restful stay. Other than the food, I will be going back to Hilton. Sorry Hilton, I should have known not to betray you!
