"The staff at the hotel are friendly, we actually had conversations with the front desk staff, which was nice. The one man at the front desk went out of his way to help me with a app on my phone to get tickets. The room was amazing. If we go back to Liverpool, this is where we will stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great hotel"

"We had the most amazing stay at The Titanic hotel back in Feb. We stayed midweek and had a great time. The room was massive and the bed so comfortable! Spacious bathroom with ‘his & here’ double sink. Large shower and bath. We paid extra to use the spa facilities however didn’t really rate this. Felt it was a little bit overbooked for the amount of space available. Would definitely stay again and recommend the Titanic hotel to others but wouldn’t visit the spa again."
