Location is very convenient and all of the staff - Eduardo, Erik, Gurtej we dealt with were very helpful and courteous. The only con was our room facing a building which didn't give us privacy so had to keep our shades pulled. The shower could have been designed better as water gets out and is also really small for an average built person.

Friendly staff . Interesting location in volcano style shopping centre. Food nice in the smart restaurant… but slight pretence of being high class … which didnt really fit the hotel. We stayed night before an early Naples airport flight - as hotels near airport are all run down & terrible reviews.

Very nice hotel. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast which included a mix of hot and cold food. The room was spacious and clean and quiet. I would definitely consider this brand of hotel again.

Lovely hotel, very great location to walk around reykjavik. Parking limited but parking lot opposite. The 'superior'rooms are localted at basement level meaning you hear all cars attempting to park in car park and your below the kitchen so are disturbed early in yeh orning. The rest of the hotel was great, good bread options, lovlwy staff, rooms warm and very comfortable. Lovley spacious bathrooms.

Although the rooms are small, the hotel is clean and well maintained, and is located in a great part of the Reykjavík City Center. Highly Recommend! .

Wonderful, clean hotel. Walking distance to all the fun parts of Reykjavík, great restaurants (we checked out the Public House for bottomless brunch, which had such a fun vibe), And lots of shopping. The staff is welcoming and funny, and their free breakfast was delicious! Their restaurant, Loá, was fantastic! This was the perfect place to stay in the city.

Great great hotel. It couldn’t be better located! Free parking. Although limited, but there is an affordable garage across the street. Breakfast was included and soooo good ! Staff was wonderful too. Great room with a nice view of the street.

The hotel is in a great location on Laugavegur. The staff were very friendly and accommodated our early morning check out. The breakfast is great and plentiful. The rooms are a decent size and very warm (if you like it like that). We can also recommend the restaurant. We had a lamb dish and a cod dish and it was very good.
