This recently renovated, modern home is located in Midtown, Reno, just minutes away from the beautiful Lake Tahoe area where you will find pristine beaches, over 5 ski resorts, and some of the best rock climbing, hiking, and mountain biking you will ever experience.

After a long day of exploring, come home and relax with your family/friends with everything you need to enjoy a night in with Netflix, Disney+, various other streaming services, and a full kitchen.

If cooking while on vacation doesn't sound like a good time, the property is conveniently located to the best breakfast, lunch, and dinner options Reno has to offer.

If gambling, breweries, bars, and nightlife is what you're after, look no further, as this home is only a short walk or Uber from everything you need.

Looking for something fun to do with the kids? Wild Island Water Park is only a 5 minute drive away while various options for shopping, fun in the arcades, and outdoor adventuring is all close by.

This is a duplex property with nearby amenities making for the perfect family getaway or friends trip. Both sides of the duplex are available for booking, which allows for large groups to have a little more privacy during their stay, or book out just this one side if you are traveling with a smaller group. Don’t stay unless you rent both units.

People in adjoining unit were on patio right outside our bedroom until 5:00am. Very loud obnoxious had music blaring . Our window wouldn’t shut all the way so it made it worse. Not a pleasant night. Need to fix a place for dogs to go potty. No patio furniture. Hole in patio fence so our dog could get out. Nice decor but missing a lot of needed things. 3 washcloths for 4 people. Nightstands in bedroom also a chair and full length mirror.. more hangers.

We were in town for a family event in sparks and was close to all kinds of dinners and things to do with the family. The kids loved the home the beds were very comfy!

Nice cute place

We enjoyed our stay here. Great location in a quiet neighborhood, close to downtown. Check in was a breeze. Manuel was a great host. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Great Reno Rental

This rental is a perfect location close to midtown! Manuel is a great host and was readily available with any questions we had. Check in/check out was quick and easy and the property was very clean upon arrival. Parking is available on the street and the spots in front of the house were always free. We would definitely stay at this rental again. I love that both condos of the duplex are available to book if you have more people. Thanks Manuel!
