Dear Ms. Maria,this review leaves us speachless. We really do not understand how your discontent might have been created. It seems that, during your recent three overnights stay, no mention about your disappointment was reported to any member of the Staff, nor at the Reception, neither during the Dinner at our Restaurant, despite your were asked for a feedback. It is a shame as we would have loved to listen your suggestions and find together a solution.We might assume that even the free upgrade to an Exclusive room, with terrace and sea view has not been appreciated.We are awfully sorry about this score, so in case you wish to add more details to let us better understand what caused such a level of dissatisfactiont, please contact us, any time. The following facilities are closed seasonally each year. They will be closed from 1 January to 24 April:
Simply step outside to unwind on the hotel's beach. Sit back and relax on the beach with free beach club on site, umbrellas, and sunloungers. After a day at the beach, enjoy amenities at Excelsior Palace Portofino Coast such as an outdoor pool and a fitness centre. Free breakfast is available daily. There are 2 restaurants on site, along with a nearby snack bar/deli. You can enjoy a drink at one of the bars, which include 2 bars/lounges and a poolside bar. Public spaces have free WiFi. You'll have access to the indoor pool and outdoor pool at a partner property. Parking is available for a fee. A complete renovation of Excelsior Palace Portofino Coast was completed in January 2023.
