Overnight stay for appointment at Duke Children’s Hospital. Very convenient within a mile tos hospital. Pleasant stay with very clean room, delicious breakfast, nice pool, friendly staff, spacious room. Recommended

The stay was good. But when you book a room, make sure you call. My buddy and I got to the hotel and the room was booked for a smoking room and the had a tough time switching it to a non-smoking room.

The property was right off the exit which was nice. $75 credit hold for incidentals was questionable as I had already paid for the room. Floor had not been vacuumed as there were crumbs all over the floor. Hair on the walls of the shower. Had requested late check out and put not ready yet sign on the door and housekeeping kept beating on the door even after I kept saying I had late check out. I thought the room was overpriced for the size.

The hotel itself was great. The staff on the other hand was very rude and did not Help us with a situation that wasn't told to us when we made reservation.

The room was clean. The staff were very nice and helpful. The only issue was the slow draining bathroom sink. I did report it twice but it wasn’t resolved before the end of our 4 night stay. Inspite of this I’d still say we had a positive experience
