I have not stayed at this location for a long time, but I was pleasantly surprised. Just did a lat minute weekend getaway and my king side bed with a patio and sofa was just what I needed. The walk in shower and nice size flat screen were an added bonus. The young lady at the front desk was excellent and the fact that the hotel share the lot with a Chilli's restaurant and is near a mall and strip mall and a main thoroughfare make this hotel an ideal location. Can't wait to stay again.

The girls at the front desk were exceptional. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Outdoor area was beautifully maintained and inviting. Hotel location made it easy to commute around Raleigh. Will definitely stay here again.

First time staying at this location and was pleasantly surprised. Front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful, room was clean, elevators were fast, parking in front of building and could clearly view our car. Plugs and outlets everywhere and they have a smart TV.

Great hotel
Hotel was very clean and quiet. Even though we were right next to elevator still quiet. The ladies that were at front desk were amazing. One guy was also helpful however there was a second gentle man who was not so helpful. He said he would provide us with help with the tv in our room and never came. Overall the trip was great.

It was a nice hotel. It was clean and the only thing that wasn’t very good was the tv. It played and had a clear image but the sound and picture didn’t match up. It started right but the more time it was on, the more it acted up. Very weird but not a big deal. The front was extremely nice and personable.

The hotel was overall nice and we would stay again; HOWEVER it would not be our top pick. It is stated that cleaning and linen changes are onlt done every other day of your stay. We stayed 3 nights and never got that amenity. Not the absolute worst thing in the world, but we only had 3 WHITE wash clothes. I Called to get a clean set and they were very courteous and said "Sure someone will be right up". An hour later i went down. We had a room with a balcony and I would very easily say nothing gets swept or wiped down on the balconies. It was pretty yuck with huge spider webs, algae growing, missing furniture, etc. The staff was friendly at least.

Hotel was OK, but unfortunately, we saw their Google review that showed an indoor pool but it does not have one. The hotel needs some upgrades. Also, it does not offer breakfast and they have an indoor bistro, but prices were a little high so we did not try it. Great location
