Convenient location. Beautiful hotel with excellent service. Room is spacious and cozy with modern technology amenities that you need. Their service is excellent and every staffs there are very nice and helpful. Definitely will come back again.

NEEDS IMPROVEMENT AND BETTER RECEPTION TRAining
This is supposed to be a 5 star quality hotel: the good 1. rooms are very clean and very comfortable; location is excellent; valet service is friendly and excellent; the teatro staff is excellent and the breakfast wonderful; the concierge is wonderful; the bad: the reception staff is dismal and requires training and professionalism e.g. asked for a weight to weigh luggage was told would get a call back in 2 minutes, never called; reception gave conflicting advice as to being moved form one room to another and then decided apparently at 6:30 am to leave us in the same room without telling us after having packed our bags in prep for the move these are but two examples. They need better training that one would expect from a "luxury hotel". I hope that they change and start training reception staff properly.

Room was too warm at night with no air circulation. Impossible to change fan speed nor the temperature; Curtains were dirty (stain..blood?). TAp in bathroom not fixed properly... not what I expected for $700/night.

Thoroughly enjoyed our week at Le Capitole Hotel. Very friendly staff, excellent roof-top pool and bar with an unique view of old and new Quebec City, perfect location for walking the many hills and steps of the city. Room was immaculate. No down-side at all!
