Wehad a nive family vacation with our 18 month old. Nice pools and activities. Accommodations were average. Older resort, rooms are run down with very noisy AC unit. Had to turn it off to sleep. Food was average. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Very busy with mostly local families. All activities and announcements were in Spanish. No big deal, we still had a good time.

Staff are great, facilities are very aged. AC didn’t work in our room. Moved to another room with “working AC” it was maybe 1-2 degrees cooler. AC was set for 19, room got to 24 at its coolest. Shower door wouldn’t close. Toilet wouldn’t flush properly. Multiple burnt out lights. The smell around the pool would take your breath away. Food was a huge disappointment compared to a few years ago. A 1.5 hour wait for a buffet breakfast is unacceptable, especially for what is was.

It is a smaller older, clean hotel. Rate it as two to three star. Food ok. Staff is great, very friendly always helpful. Neto and the entertainment staff are great dancers.

We were worried about staying here from reading all the prior reviews but we are happy we decided to give it a try. We had a great stay and found all the staff to be very friendly. The food was delicious. Yes, our group had a few rooms with AC issues but they informed the front desk and were switched to another room quickly. Our room was older but it was clean and the bed was comfy. NO bugs. Our group was of approximately 40 and only 2 rooms for the group required a changed. Our children enjoyed everything from the kids club, kids activities, Aqua park, pools, beaches, shows and the food. I do recommend going to breakfast (before 8:30/9) and supper (6:00-7:30) early Thursday-Monday as the lines to eat can get very long at the buffet. Please remember this is a 3 star hotel and not a 5 star. The food was super delicious at the buffet.

Avoid staying at this hotel at all costs. They have a terrible customer service. When we stayed we got moved from our room about 3 times because the AC in the room did not work and the second time we got moved because the shower was clogged and third time because there was bed bugs on the mattress. Not to mention the food, the food was terrible in the buffet, the staff are not very clean and do not follow cleanliness. The restaurant option is ok but you have to reserve by 9 and it’s not convenient. This hotel is very expensive for what it is. Save your money and book yourself a nice hotel like Riu or such. Lastly I saw safety hazards by the pool there were multiple shoes just left by the pool this could easily trip people. In a nutshell avoid this jungle.

Crown Paradise Club Hotel A Disappointment
Our stay at Crown Paradise Club Hotel in Puerto Vallarta was the worst hotel experience we've ever had. The hotel is old and in need of renovation. Our room was infested with roaches and far below acceptable standards. Customer service was terrible. Despite advertising all-inclusive and 24-hour room service, the phone didn’t work, and our room service requests were ignored. The most disturbing part was when a staff member walked into our room unannounced while we were sleeping, and again when I was in the bathroom, showing a blatant disregard for our privacy and safety. Dining conditions were equally appalling. Hundreds of fruit flies swarmed the buffet, making it clear that hygiene practices were not followed. The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, with language barriers exacerbating the issues. In summary, the Crown Paradise Club Hotel failed on almost every front, making for a vacation we were eager to end. This hotel does not meet basic standards of hospitality, and we strongly advise against staying here until significant improvements are made. Choose another hotel that values its guests and adheres to basic hospitality standards.
