If you're looking for something mediocre or less, you found the right place. The cleaning is awful, there was not one day we went back to our room that the sand was proper removed. The jacuzzi on our room didn't work properly, it took 40min to fill and the jets were all dirty so gunk was coming out from it. The buffet is bad at best, no flavour and we saw multiple times the cooking dropping the utensils on the floor and using them back on the food they were prepping. Location was good tho. I would never step foot in here again.

Room wasn't ready upon check in so went to The Palapa to eat but food was not the greatest. Got our bags escorted back to the room but was not informed that we had to go back to the front desk to pick up keys (envelope with key cards handed for towels instead). The room is really nice and full of amenities but first impression was not the best. Kids loved the water park area they have.

Overall our stay was good. We traveled as a family of 5 with kids under 10. The kids pool zone was a hit and the 2 other pools provided the hours of entertainment we hoped for. Everything at the resort was decent. Kids drink menu was great, and servers were helpful. English was a little more limited around the resort but still very reasonable for being in another country. We had the family room which was a good layout with the bunk beds that can accommodate 3 kids with the pull out trundle bed. Room was kept clean but just showing its age. Traveling with a family we were happy with the resort for the price we pad. If traveling just as adults we would pick another resort. Restaurants were quite good and the buffet had a decent selections and variety each night.

Wehad a nive family vacation with our 18 month old. Nice pools and activities. Accommodations were average. Older resort, rooms are run down with very noisy AC unit. Had to turn it off to sleep. Food was average. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Very busy with mostly local families. All activities and announcements were in Spanish. No big deal, we still had a good time.

Staff are great, facilities are very aged. AC didn’t work in our room. Moved to another room with “working AC” it was maybe 1-2 degrees cooler. AC was set for 19, room got to 24 at its coolest. Shower door wouldn’t close. Toilet wouldn’t flush properly. Multiple burnt out lights. The smell around the pool would take your breath away. Food was a huge disappointment compared to a few years ago. A 1.5 hour wait for a buffet breakfast is unacceptable, especially for what is was.

We were worried about staying here from reading all the prior reviews but we are happy we decided to give it a try. We had a great stay and found all the staff to be very friendly. The food was delicious. Yes, our group had a few rooms with AC issues but they informed the front desk and were switched to another room quickly. Our room was older but it was clean and the bed was comfy. NO bugs. Our group was of approximately 40 and only 2 rooms for the group required a changed. Our children enjoyed everything from the kids club, kids activities, Aqua park, pools, beaches, shows and the food. I do recommend going to breakfast (before 8:30/9) and supper (6:00-7:30) early Thursday-Monday as the lines to eat can get very long at the buffet. Please remember this is a 3 star hotel and not a 5 star. The food was super delicious at the buffet.

Avoid staying at this hotel at all costs. They have a terrible customer service. When we stayed we got moved from our room about 3 times because the AC in the room did not work and the second time we got moved because the shower was clogged and third time because there was bed bugs on the mattress. Not to mention the food, the food was terrible in the buffet, the staff are not very clean and do not follow cleanliness. The restaurant option is ok but you have to reserve by 9 and it’s not convenient. This hotel is very expensive for what it is. Save your money and book yourself a nice hotel like Riu or such. Lastly I saw safety hazards by the pool there were multiple shoes just left by the pool this could easily trip people. In a nutshell avoid this jungle.
