The Casa Colibri Malecon Hotel is a surprisingly charming, recently-renovated, very clean and safe hotel. This small delightful hotel is a very safe well-lite half-block walk from of the middle of the malecon (boardwalk) in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. This hotel is wonderfully decorated with authentic Mexican decor, extraordinarily clean, new modern tile showers, new comfortable beds, and well equipped little kitchens. The air conditioning, plumbing, refrigerators and wifi work flawlessly. The staff is competent, attentive, speaks fluent English and helpful. Don't forget to enjoy the well decorated roof. I will give this hotel a solid positive recommendation in every category.
