Great property, well situated, nice room w/good A/C and comfortable bed. Shower has no door or curtain. Stores, restaurants/bars, mini marts all within 15’ walk and short stroll to bus station. Staff friendly and helpful, free breakfast w/many choices. No iron available but pressing service w/same day option. No safety concerns, felt secure everywhere. Highly recommend.

This is an excellent hotel. It is in a very convenient location, close to the bus depot and plenty of restaurants to choose from. Our favorite one is Patagonia Brewing Company across the street. The hotel is beautiful and the staff members are very friendly and helpful. We had an afternoon flight to catch and they kindly extended our check out time. The breakfast buffet has excellent choices of fruits, beverages, pastries and hot food, etc. We are very happy with our choice of staying here. Thank you!!

The hotel has a good location and is well-equipped. Taking the bus to see the waterfall is very convenient. However, the front desk staff had a poor attitude. When I check out, I paid $8 in cash for the bottled water in the room, but the amount was charged again on my credit card.

A great hotel
For 5 friends travelling from the UK, we really liked this hotel. Positives: - Great pool area with plenty of loungers. The pool was great and the whole area clean and well maintained. - The staff were really friendly and helpful. - The hotel is located 2 minutes walk from the bus station so that you can easily catch the cheaper local buses to the waterfall (both sides). - The hotel felt safe and secure. - Really good restaurants within 5 minute walk (the hotel restaurant was also very good). Negatives: - Not always a lot of staff on reception so sometimes had to queue for a while. - Breakfast was good but could have been better with drink choices and more hot food. Overall we had a great three night stay and would recommend this hotel to others.
