This is a tired Signature location. Drapes that do not close properly, front closet entry closet with missing sliders. The service at checkin, not the employees fault but at 6pm when it’s busy they had one employee. 5 people in front of me. Not great scheduling. Got to my room and the key didn’t work, back downstairs and she gives me two new keys, back to the room neither work, back down again. This time she changes my room. Not likely to return which is unfortunate as the sandman signature properties are normally good.

Hotel looks like its been lacking some seroius deep cleaning for a while. Hallways are filthy, room was nice and large, couch cushions were very dirty and covered in stains. Time for some upgrades.

No sleep!
At 2 o’clock in the morning I was awakened by 2 people in the hallway having a very loud argument, that turned into a fight. A man and a woman, both extremely intoxicated. I tried calling the front desk many times, with no answers. Eventually 4 Police officers arrived, as well as 3 security personnel. The police cuffed the male, then proceeded to wrestle, argue and interview him for the next 20 mins in the hall. This subject was 1 room away from mine. The whole episode lasted 75 minutes. Did not sleep much after that, as I had to be up at 5am to drive home to Vancouver. Not very impressed with how things were handled!!
