Good stay for the low maintenance type
The room itself was good, I had a king bed and the balance of furniture to room size was nice. It felt as though the room had been recently decorated and I always love the Coast Hotels for their variety of pillows, some soft some harder. My furnace did not work and I was given an electric heater which blew the breaker in the middle of my last of three nights night. I awoke to a very cold room and no ability to use any of the electrical outlets on that side of the room. I'm easygoing and found it hilarious to plug the coffee maker into the same outlet as the hairdryer in the bathroom. I wanted to let the front desk know about this and while she offered me a free breakfast in the lounge, I declined the offer as I needed to get on the road. All in all, I would say the visit was good.

Hotel receptionist very friendly allowed us to check in early, has restaurants that are first class with easy parking, staying there before we used to get upgrades but last couple of stays wasn’t offered, recommend this hotel

The hotel is still terrific example of great customer service in a classy hotel. The down town is sadly uncomfortable and I don’t feel safe. Not the hotels fault. City Council needs to step up and bring back lawfulness.

The hotel was wonderful and very safe! The downside was we brought our dog and there is no area near the hotel with grass so for some dogs it’s difficult to go to the bathroom. The staff at the hotel restaurant were quite rude. The hotel says they have room service but I had to go pick up our food, which was hard with a dog and a newborn.
