This facility needs to be clean and updated Properly looks like it was flooded and not clean Can be updated asap. The supplies like pillows or towels must be also checked . Looks abandoned. And smell is bad. Good thing is parking lots of it. More staff will be a good idea the floor feels like it’s gonna break when guest walk. Very noisy

Better to sleep in your car. Hotel is old, dirty, smelly, with no dining options, not even working vending machines to buy soda or candies. The entire casino is out of service so no machines, no lights, no fun. The toilet in my room did not flush. I had to use the trash bucket to flush the toilet. The shower did not shower. The lights and power outlets in an entire wall behind the bed did not work so we had to recharge the cell phones from the restroom. We didn’t notice all of this until late at night coming from a concert. The halls were dark, duty, and empty. Like a horror movie. In the morning we realized that our room was way back at the end of the casino near the trash bins and we were probably the only guests in there. We check out and run.

Our first assigned room was filthy, the beds were unmade, there were bloody tissues in the trash cans, no toilet paper or toiletries in the bathroom. Upon complaining at tge registration desk, we were assigned the room next door where the door did not lock, the bathroom floor was covered in rust, and the smoke detector was pulled from the ceiling, with exposed, dangling wires. The whole night, we stayed up worried about the safety of the 2 and 15 year olds we were traveling with. It was a terrible start to our birthday celebration weekend. To make things worse, we couldn't even check our at the property, we had to go across the street to Buffalo Bill's to check out.

The slot machines where turned off and the casino was closed due to the overall IT issue that went on worldwide, we were not informed of this and found out until we arrived. Restaurants were closed everything was closed except for reception check in. Disappointing. Would of appreciated advanced warning

The rooms were horrible, bugs in one of them from the humidity the carpet was dirty the smell was terrible, the second one had water in the jacuzzi and very dusty, the third one had a roach on the floor very dusty and smelly. My family decided to live and didn’t stay in the rooms. We when downstairs to front desk and it was close. No one who can help us, I don’t understand how your website offer rooms that don’t even match the description on cleanliness, to me is misleading information to your customers. Hopefully some can contact me in regards of this matter I would like a full refund due to the poor conditions of the hotel as well of the lack of help to resolve this matter in the property.

We were exhausted from driving and just wanted to crash. Liked the clean, comfortable bed. It was strange that there was no mattress cover. The bottom sheet didn’t cover the mattress, so we had to turn it sideways. When we entered, it was like a ghost town, except for at hotel registration. No casino, no restaurant, no snack bar, no vending machine. I questioned how thoroughly the hotel room bathroom cleaned with a paper on the floor, and toiletries oddly arranged. If you’re looking for a safe room and good bed, this is it. Pool looked good, but only looked thru window.

I HAD A WONDERFUL STAY. MY MOM AND I FELT VERY SAFE N COMFORTABLE. THE ONLY THING BAD WAS WE ARE BOTH HANDICAPPED WITH WALKERS N BAD LEGS N WEN WE GOT THERE THEY STILL GAVE US A ROOM ALL THE WAY AROUND THE BUILDING.. BUT WE LOVE YOUR HOTEL
