This place needs a full overhaul of Reno’s and need to stop the homeless from entering the premises and hanging around outside. The hotel is filthy, stinks, and has NO HOT WATER !!! We were there for 2 nights, first night stay went to shower and no hot water & no soap. Told the front desk the next morning and they moved us to another room. Was hopeful for a hot shower but nope, not even luke warm. Unbelievable - called the front desk & was told someone would come up to check it. Waited 30 mins and no one showed up. At check out I told them again about no hot water, the personal at the desk didn’t seemed surprised at all. I was upset and they said nothing they could do for a refund as it’s thru Expedia only. I have contacted Expedia and they were not successful reaching anyone at the hotel. So they are still trying as I am looking for a full refund. This place should be condemned. Carpets are disgusting, don’t walk in bare feet anywhere, showers & counters are chipped and discolored. Beds are horrible not support and probably full of bed bugs. Slept on top of the blankets with extra from other bed. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE !!!

Room was clean for the most part, but there was hair on the bed and the bathroom seemed to be dirty, but it could have all been that it was just worn. You have to pay for parking even as a guest.

I wouldn’t let my dog stay there…
That place was the WORSE hotel I have ever stayed in!! The carpet was dirty and stained, cigarette butts and asked on the patio door, there was dust everywhere, a q-tip in the shower drain, the shower drain had hair and other stuff in it, the shower wouldn’t even drain, the mirror was broken and it smelled really bad there. After one night I couldn’t take it so I cut my vacation short and left. I didn’t even want to take a shower in that place. I literally have nothing positive to say about that hotel and to top it off they charged me a $300 hotel fee that wasn’t not mentioned when I booked the hotel

Nice stay. Had booked 3 rooms for my family and I and definitely for the price enjoyed the nearby stay. I think restroom overall can be updated. Rooms are okay. And only 1 elevator was working during our stay which we would wait for a little longer than usual. Overall it was a nice stay. Food in there was okay would eat there again and tried both the steak shake location and hooters. I think a 4 or 5 star would be for me if they were to update the restrooms.
