This Hotel was absolutely disgusting. It’s Dirty, the bathroom was nasty, the tub was so filthy I would not have dared to step in it. The hallways smelled so horrible it almost made me vomit. It looks nothing like the pictures on it’s website

The staff was very friendly and the room was ok. But the elevators are under repair and buttons are ripped out of the wall on some floors to where you can’t call for one which is very inconvenient and dangerous in a fire

For starters only 1 elevator worked on the property so going from the 12th floor to the lobby was a nightmare. On 10/19 I went to my room and my key wouldn't work. I was told that I had checked out which was not true. They also said the room was under a "Rodriguez" which is not my last name. They told me Hotels.com messed up the reservation. Took me 35min tk get into my room again not knowing if my belongings were still in there since I was told they weren't sure. When I finally go in the room, 5 min later I got a knock on the door telling me if I was checking out now so they can clean the room. I said no and the lady looked upset.

This is the nastiest hotel/casino I have ever stayed at, and I’ve stayed at some very bad places. Very dirty, out dated, “public” bathroom was always gross and super sticky floor…always! The elevator on my floor was was broke and you had to use the stairs to go down! It was like that for my entire stay, and I told the desk manager. Was never fixed. Let’s not forget the $300 hold they put on your credit card, that they do not tell you about until you check in, plus, the stupid resort fees!!!! No room cleaning service or fresh towels, which I did request after 3 days.

Please fix your elevator. We had to walk up to the 5th floor and then back down just to leave. The bathroom was dirty, so we ended up going to my cousin's hotel across the street. The hallways were filthy; it’s unbelievable to think you pay for a resort and they can’t even vacuum the floor the halls look disgusting, and the elevator is out of order.

I didn't get to go hurricane Milton canceled my flight because the airport shut down the motel was booked.for the 8 through the 11 i was going to see the Tropicana come down the motel would not give me my money back i got ripped off for.the 3 nights witch i dont think is fair i lost 2 other flights i had i should be able to get a refund for no falt of mine the airport shut down please help i lost a lot of money

Terrible stay. Went on a road trip from Boise to CA and back, and traveled w/ our dogs which obviously limits options for hotel stays. the Oyo is the old Hooters hotel. We stopped in Vegas to get Married (I know this isn't unique for the area) but wow I wish we picked a different hotel. We were met by rude registration staff after about a 10 min wait at the desk and no one in sight. We had to borrow a cart for our luggage and the cart had broken and flat wheels making it a major struggle to get our luggage up. The elevator was broken for our wing, and only one was working causing delays. Get to our room, and our room was the worst part. the mirrored closet doors were broken as in the frame was coming loose from the mirror. my husband had to fix it so it wasnt a hazard. The tv/stand dresser had broken doors. the bathroom/shower/sink was old and disgusting, and overall the brand OYO just represented that it's company name is truly just "lipstick on a pig" as it buys up old hotels and slaps their name on their as if they are making big changes. they aren't. i just wish we had a nicer place to stay the night we got married. when we checked out - the service wasnt any better and i asked for a cart with working wheels for our luggage - i think they told me good luck they are pretty much all broken. all this and they CHARGE A $300 DEPOSIT THAT TAKES DAYS TO GET BACK. Im sorry but FOR WHAT? People staying here can't afford a nicer hotel but get charged that. the audicity.

I didn’t like that when I got the Welcome text the link included that sent me to menus apparently is not updated. I went downstairs Hooters to order some food and the price was five dollars more than what the online price through the hotel link indicated. On top of what I ordered was actually quite terrible, I don’t usually critique food. But the fish and chips were not good. But I know that is no fault of the hotel itself
