Pooor quality!
The carpet was dirty; the sliding door was 2 inches open and I couldn’t close it, I called the reception and they sent someone to fix it, the guy saw the problem, he said he will come back in 10 min, I waited 40 mins and nobody showed up, i told them when I got out and they said somebody will fix it by the time I came back but no one fixed the door and I could hear everything from outside because it’s close to the airport. They ask for 300$ deposit and I had to inspect the room and tell them what is not working, because they will say you did it and you don’t get your money back. One of the elevators didn’t work, so you had to stay in line for over 10-15 min to get up and down.

Elevators are broken. Entire tower has to use one tiny service elevator, including staff and room service, who obviously take priority. I waited in line for said service elevator for over half an hour before someone told me that the service elevator had also been broken the day before I checked in. It wasn’t moving. I took the stairs (15 floors)which were filthy and sketchy. Also, had to pay a $300 deposit which hasn’t been returned 11 days later. Won’t be coming back.

Very old hotel, TV cable not working, Elevators were broken. If looks like the owners do not maintain the facilities. Old bathroom, chips in bath and commode. Lights are hanging on a thread. Got shocked turning off a light. But is close to MGM Grand and has a Steak & Shake in the Hotel - so those are good.

The elevator was not working, and there was no safe for anyone. Every time stopped, and we got stuck. They need to hire more people to clean the hotel. The rooms are small old buildings.

Have stayed at this property multiple times. This time invited some friends to stay also and was very embarrassed by the condition of the hotel. Only 1 elevator was working. Entire hotel seemed to b in need of repair.

This is the worst experience of the life. The moment we walked in the lady who was in the front desk was really rude. Didn’t really want to help. She took took forever to find my reservation and she gave me whatever she wanted when my reservation was specific for two queen size bed and she gave me bed I was wearing a disappointed

The property is in a good location. This was my second time staying and this time there was only one elevator working and it also broke down a couple times. Definitely needs elevators fixed.

First day, Elevator went out of service, with a not so good knee, we had to walk up 5 flights of stairs. We were staying on the 15th floor, so we had to rake another Elevator (ont of 3 Elevator only 1 were working) to go up to the 10th floor, then hike up to 15....was the worst experience I ever had in Vegas. Never again to OYO. I think it memes One Your Own!

Standard rooms doesn't have microwaves or refrigerators. There's a non refundable resort & casino fee that wasn't disclosed until you arrive. But overall it wasn't too bad. Location is close to everything.

Very dirty and old. Just one elevator was working and very old. The AC didn’t get cold enough. Carpet was dirty. The view was okay but window was so dirty couldn’t even take a picture.
