If you’re looking for a terrible time and for money and my time to be wasted. OYO is the spot. I’m gonna preface this by saying believe the reviews. I was told by several people not to book here due to uncleanliness and hotel operations being ran poorly. But made the stupid and naive choice of booking anyways. Upon arriving in Vegas I arrived early and needed somewhere to stay. Before arriving I called to confirm the check in time and the earliest time I could check in without a fee. I was told 4 am with a fee and 10 am normal time to check in. Once I arrive at 4 am I am told I can’t check because it’s too early and I’m not allowed. Being told something completely different I ended up having to go and purchase a new room so I could have somewhere to sleep for 6 hours. I then arrive the next day at the hotel at 10am hoping to check in and then I am told I needed to pay a fee for checking in early. Whatever. I pay the fee and go about my weekend. When I get to my room the shower drain is clogged and hair comes up the drain. The sink was clogged and took hours to drain. And dirty wash rags were left on top of the shower curtains. I requested a new room. After this egregious hassle I leave the property to enjoy my birthday weekend and and alerted by my bank that a fraud charge was declined and my card tried to run for 266 dollars for a smoking fee. I was given a notice of charge in my door with a time stamp and the timestamp proves that I wasn’t even in the room at that time.

If you’re looking for the absolute bare minimum in hospitality, OYO Las Vegas might just surpass even your lowest expectations—but not in a good way. First off, only 1 out of 4 elevators was operational, leading to endless waits and crowded rides. Not exactly ideal when you’re hauling luggage or just trying to get to your room without aging 10 years in the process. Speaking of room basics, don’t expect a hot shower. Over five days, there was no hot water, so I had to embrace an unexpected (and entirely unwanted) polar plunge every morning. The lobby was a disaster. Dirty, smelly, and unwelcoming—an accurate preview of what’s to come. The desk staff? Rude and dismissive, as if asking for a functioning key card or clean towels was an outrageous imposition. But the cherry on top? My room was never cleaned. Five days of unmade beds, and no replenished toiletries. It was like camping indoors, but with less charm. Sure, I know you “get what you pay for,” but even at a budget price, this was inexcusable. A budget hotel doesn’t have to be a nightmare, but this one clearly didn’t get the memo. Do yourself a favour: spend the extra money and stay literally anywhere else. 1/10, avoid at all costs.

This facility has not been well maintained--stains, damages, etc. visible all over. The first room had a blocked shower drain so I switched rooms. I can confirm that the cleanliness issues were present in both rooms: hair on the shower walls, bathroom floor, etc. The shower didn't ever get hot, just lukewarm.

Tus hotel is end of life The additional payment for "view on the strip" actually on a heavy equipment tiring down an old casini. The plumbing in the bathroom was totally inneficient. The sink drain almost not evacuate the water and you have to flush the toilet many times. We tried the Hooters restaurant for breakfest it was a single waitress who was very unpleasant. She kept everyone standing in line for 30 mns while the dining room was near empty. Because she was by herself (which inacceptable by a poor management) and then the fact that the service was slow is understandable, but keeping 20 people standing in line while the dining room is near emply defy common sense. Finally last but not least, the sheets were stained (not freshly stained though and should have been retired. In conclusion if there is someone you don't like you can recommand teh OYO that will be a bad joke.

Bad experience at the Oyo hotel in Las Vegas
The hotel was horrible. The rooms were not cleaned daily and they did not provide adequate towels and face clothes. The tv did not work until the last day. The worst thing was they had unauthorized charges on my credit card. No one is available to assist me with these issues. I would like to make a complaint against the hotel regarding my horrible stay. The ratings is a -1. This was my worst hotel experience. I became ill from the uncleanlinesses of the hotel.

The room was broken... the tub was filthy not from staff but from years of dinge... its like the owner bought it cheap from hooters made the most minor adjustments just enough to pass code and turn a profit. The water was freezing it took 10 minutes to get to at least luke warm. The tub was stopped up. Elecator is broken and there is a chance pf gwtting stuck on the floor a dog was BARKING next to us. And they CHARGED my card 300 dollars for I DONT KNOW WHAT. The entire room was worth 100 bucks to furnish and paint. I have never stayed in a more deplorable hotel conditions. More like a norman bates motel with heavy lysol smell. Youd be better off and have a more CLEAN experiece at the motel 6 next door. I have stayed at 20 hotels. Over the past 10 yesrs in vegas and this is BY far the worst.

Great hotel for CES, but don't use "Algotels"!
This was a great choice for attending CES because it's across from the MGM, where the CES bus shuttle has one of its stops. The rooms cost far less than nearby others, with rooms that were just fine with comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, sufficient shower pressure, a small fridge and microwave and safe, and easy access to the strip and other attractions. I've spent much more for much less. Only one elevator was working, but it was staffed 24/7 and used efficiently by friendly folks while the others were being repaired (they said). // The only real problem for me was not reserving it with hotels.com and initially booking with algotels.com, because Algotels cancelled the earlier paid-for reservation (without sending me an email, text, or phone call) so that I arrived and the Oyo Hotel had to tell me that it had been cancelled. Upon phoning Algotels, they took the facts, told me that someone from Algotels would call me within the hour (during which I wandered around outside - cold and dark - with my luggage), and they never called me. I decided to rebook it with hotels.com after nothing was heard in 90 minutes, walked back in, and was told that I had 2 bookings - which meant that Algotels had reactivated the booking without calling, texting, or emailing me. Called Algotels later asking for a refund for that original reservation, and they said they would have to "negotiate with the hotel" about this. I haven't heard anything yet. The moral is: Don't use Algotels again.
