Upon arrival we got a room where AC was not operating and with free passage between the bed's very sharp corner and a table was 45 cm. I injured my leg very badly. I rquired the reception to change the room and received a bigger room wirh AC that was OK, but during our first 5 days our bed sheets were not replaced, and only aftet my complaint to the receltion they were replaced. During the entire full 6 days of our stay the trash bin was never emptied/cleaned. Breakfast was very good and reception and breakfast team were very polite and cooperative. No room has TV set. All the a.m. info was informed by me to reception.

Good...but annoying shower
Check in was a breeze, staff was professional and friendly. Found it annoying that the shower had no door...water splashed outside and flooded the washroom floor....it was a mess. Electrical outlets were few and hard to get at! Why? If you want to charge your phone then no nightlight.... Breakfast was tasty, very good and staff was amazing. Love it

Easy walk from the train station to the hotel..easy check in and friendly hosts. Breakfast buffet is excellent and has plenty of choices..If you like walking it is convenient to most everything. We choose to walk one way out and uber/taxi back..I give a recommendation to stay here..the quirky blueman is cool..

We truly enjoyed our time there. The breakfast was great, staff were helpful, and it was close to many attractions. We missed our tour bus from the castle, so we walked back instead!
