Locacation was good and clean, room was amazing!, unfortunately the electric went off at 23.00 there was only a security guard at reception, power wasn't restored until 01.00 & the emergency light did not come on in the room. We were told an electrician would be in to sort out in the morning.

Ideally situated.

Pros: Clean hotel. Lovely room. Food excellent.
Cons: .
Location: We walked everywhere in Prague. Plenty to see and do in 2-3 days.
Ideally situated to see all that Prague has to offer. From the housekeeping team, reception, porter to the restaurant staff, all were very friendly and extremely helpful if we had a query. Couldn't fault the hotel. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone.

Pleasant stay

Excellent location. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast could have more choice, and lids for tea pots! I feel there should been tea and coffee making facilities in the room. If you go to this hotel at the weekend, beware of stag parties who make a lot of noise!!! Mon to fri better to stay. Clock is amazing to watch. The square is gothic and lovely. Watch out for pickpockets. Lady in mozarts cafe downstairs in entrance very helpful. Hot chocolate is lovely!!! Bath a bit slippy but very clean.

Very disappointed in hotel

The hotel was not a 4 star hotel. Our room was in a separate building with no lifts. We had to go up stairs & down stairs to get to our room. The receptionist on our arrival was not friendly nor warm. On entering our room it smellled like a sewer! They had plug in air freshener to disguise the smell! The bed cover was two small halves that barely covered us. Pillows very uncomfortable I had a sore neck each morning. Breakfast was ok. Very old style hotel, outdated. On a brighter note the hotel is in a prime location with the ability to walk to all the main tourist attractions.

Great location for old town

The hotel is in a great location, opposite the astronomical clock in old town square. The room (216) did not have a view but it was good and extremely quiet. We did not hear any sounds from the adjacent rooms or the square, which was busy at all times of the day and night. The breakfast was typical European fair with a selection of cereals, cakes, sausages, eggs, ham, salami, cheese and various beverages but no English breakfast tea! So we purchased some called Gold from a shop around the corner. We will definitely go back to this hotel again.

Family trip

Hotel in Excellent position - in the square opposite the clock tower. All areas of the hotel were clean and well decorated. Breakfast was good catering for all tastes. The staff were friendly and helpful- happy to give directions and order taxis. WiFi quicker in main reception area.

Hissin puuttuminen laski yleisarvosanaa. Lisäksi respan töykeä, suorastaan junttimainen käytös heti majoittumisen hetkellä teki huonon vaikutelman. Sijainti on optimi vanhassa kaupungissa.

Supwr Lage , ein schönes historisches Hotel Wir waren zwei Nãchte hier, alles tiptop. Einziges was wir reklamiert haben , es war kalt im Zimmer. Leider sind laut Personal dem Hotel die Hände gebunden um zum baurn,umbauen.Essen war gut,im Hotel direkt Caffer Mozart. Schöne Aussicht auf dien Platz. Wieder gerne mal. Danke
