Upon checkin we asked for the VIP room upgrade which we were denied due front desk saying no upgrades were possible (no further explanation). When we got our room it was as advertised clean and average amenities. At night the room next door had crying children and a dog barking all night so no sleep after a long trip there. We spoke with service manager, Jan Zajicek who changed our room to a quieter floor and room. He also provided us with complimentary items which was much appreciated. The overall experience and room amenities were above average. The location was ideal for walkability and acess to restaurants and shopping. Pleasant stay.

The halls smelt like old food. The staff was rude, when asked about missing paid-for commodities. We could hear every single conversation happening in the street, and street was extremely noisy. The rooms around our room were making noises all throughout the night. The rooms are advertised as soundproof but are not.

Excellent hotel. Stylishly appointed and the perfect blend of luxury and privacy. Rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable. Staff are friendly, courteous and helpful. Location is excellent (30 minutes from airport by Uber, 10-15 minute walking distance from major attractions).

Great hotel and very close to Old Town, Charles Bridge and other areas of interest. The staff was very friendly and they arranged a driver to pick me up at the airport. The driver was kind and interesting to talk to... I absolutely loved the bathroom and shower (heated mirror and floors). I had nothing to complain about at all.

Mid week in December
Very comfortable hotel, front desk staff really could not be more friendly, cheerful and helpful. Room super, no noise from outside, bed amazing slept very well. Breakfast a mixture of ala carte and buffet, nicely prepared and presented with polite friendly staff. Position of hotel is good for walking to see sights of Prague.

Everything about this hotel blew us away! We had the best experience. The concierge was incredibly sweet, the rooms were huge, heated floor in bathroom, a fantastic coffee shop… perfection! Loved the location. Stay here!

What can I say about this hotel. Such a beautiful modern hotel. Lovely bright and spacious reception area. Three elevators that are very quick and regular. Our room was beautiful and very comfortable. Bathroom was lovely and the shower was fab. Plenty of storage space and they even had robes and slippers. There was a safe which is always a bonus. We paid for breakfast which was great plenty of choice. The hotel was a less than 5 minute walk to Wenceslas Square.
