The staff was outstanding. They went above and beyond every day/night whenever we had a question or a request. Great location. The music in the square was lovely. We enjoyed our stay very much and will recommend to others.

The location was great right down by the water, but the rooms were very very small. Barely enough room for your luggage. breakfast was €12 for a simple breakfast. Entertainment by the water went on till 10 o’clock at night, which you could hear in our rooms. Reception was very helpful with recommendations for restaurants, but most of the restaurants had a three day wait to get a reservation.

Very nice stay. Our room was very clean and had a beautiful view of the river and bridge. The staff was helpful and friendly. Coffee and water were available 24 hours a day. The location was an active hub for tourists but the room was very quiet at night. They stop the music in the square around 11:00 PM and it was fun to be able to hear it from our room. You can walk to everything from this location so we saw many things. Loved it overall!

This hotel was excellent. It is right on the water and there are tons of restaurants, lounges, and lots of music playing. Remarkably, the music stopped at 10PM each night we were there so no trouble sleeping either. Staff was courteous and helpful. Only small complaint was no coffee in room.

Nice little hotel in Great location. Nice breakfast to get your day started. Since its right in the middle of Ribeira, and all the action, it can get noisy, but the trade off is walking to all the restaurants, and the bridge across! It is little hard to get to as cars are not allowed and no parking. Nearby parking on the riverbank is about 5 min walk. To get discounted parking you have to ask for the 24/48/72 hr billette otherwise charged by the hour..

A modern hotel (2014) creatively built in the shell of a very old building. The location is perfect for Ground Zero for touristy things. Listen to music from the street buskers below ... and everything quietens down by 11 outside.

Great location but very noisy area and not very good soundproofing. Nowhere to get water in the night, each room has 1 bottle and no more available anywhere in the hotel.
