The minute you walk into this stunning hotel you understand why it is 5 Star!!!! The foyer and rest of the hotel are so gorgeous and elegant I really have never seen a hotel like this before. The rooms were beautiful and the beds so comfortable and had silky sheets. Everyone was kind nd welcoming but I must point out three that really made my stay!!! Marianna and Rita and the tall man who is the door man ( sorry I forget his name) were all exceptional!!!! Each one of them went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and meet all my needs. They were so happy and kind and helpful!!!! I truly hope that I can return one day to your 5 Star Hotel❤️

Beautiful hotel. It is noisy around 2-4 from first floor bc of proximity to bars but it was also centrally located for everything. Rooms very dark and beds comfortable.

Nice property conveniently located to good shopping, nice restaurants and major tourist attractions. Rooms was spacious and clean. Breakfast was less-than-stellar with weak coffee options. Breakfast location was not very clean.

This Hotel is more of a 3 star hotel Not 5 star ! It lacks the attention to detail found in a 5 Star hotel . The closet in the room was too short to hang long dresses properly , there were no hooks in the bathroom to hang the housecoat so the housekeeper hung it over the bathroom door ! The only mirrors in the room are in the bathroom . Bathroom door stuck closed twice ..thankfully friend was in room and able to force it open . In order to close the room door it had to be slammed as it stuck . All these issues are not appropriate in a 5 star hotel !! Several other minor issues showing lack of attention to detail !

Beautiful and well-located.
This is a beautiful old building that has been completely renovated. As a vegan, I would recommend not getting breakfast included and go to Nola or one of the other places nearby. We stayed for 5 nights in a suite which was spacious and well-appointed. This was a bit away from the river but very walkable.

The hotel feels pretty old, and the outlets made charging our stuff a pain. Our room faced a noisy corner, so even with the windows shut, the noise was noticeable. They did provide earplugs and eye masks, which helped a bit.

The hotel is beautiful and very clean. Everything is impeccable and the service is outstanding. Great location just steps from restaurants, stores, bars and other areas of interest. For my next trip to Porto, I will definitely stay there.

Staff and Room was great. The location is definitely very central and convenient! There are a couple bars around the area so the room was pretty loud at night. That was the only drawback but it was a beautiful hotel and we enjoyed our stay!
