A very beautiful place to stay with an amazing view! We stayed on a Friday-Saturday and it was a bit noisy being in such a popular nightlife area, but worth it.

Check in was simple. We requested that the hotel arrange transportation from the airport. That went off without a hitch. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable about the area, spoke English, and provided a beautiful breakfast spread. The bed was comfortable. The room had a spectacular view of the river. The common space in the hotel has an amazing view of the river. You can walk along the waterfront which is right outside the door of the hotel. The area felt very safe. I would highly recommend this property.

We loved this property and the location. The breakfast were wonderful and the staff was very lovely. My only comment was that in one of the rooms we stayed in the bed was hard as a rock and it was very difficult to get through the night comfortably

The staff was so kind and helpful! The location of the hotel was minutes to everything and everywhere! The breakfast buffet was perfect with a little bit of everything and the dinner suggestions were great too!

We got rooms overlooking the river. The AC was not working and the rooms were incredibly hot. We also had issues with the hot water on the first night. The hotel was poorly maintained.

This property was in the perfect location right on the water. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. We were treated to a wonderful glass of port upon arrival and breakfast was delicious and served in their beautiful reception area that had a fantastic view of the river.

House Cleaning left our room completely open ( door full open). Although they apologized and said it was a new person cleaning it was very scary to walk into our room all the way open. Our room had our passports. - the water was cold ( no hot water) - Ac was not working

Great location in the center of places you need to visit. And very good simple and fancy restaurants just steps away. Perfect hospitality from all the staff. Public safe parking very close by. Views of the river are perfect. Love the historic and modern mix throughout the hotel.

This is a small hotel. Check in was quick and Chiago was very pleasant and helpful. The only downside was the noise. It was from the extreme wind and couldn’t be helped.

Wonderful location in old Porto. Staff were very accommodating and the free breakfast was superb with hot and cold selections. Coffee, beer and port wine available all day.
