The only issue we had was there was no remote for the TV. I asked for a remote & asked for them to just put it in our room because we were leaving. When we returned from dinner there was no remote & I had to go ask again if took over an hour for her to find one & she had to take it from another room. I was upset at this due to we only had time to watch 1 movie before we had to go to sleep. Due to the remote issue we didn't get to watch a movie.

There was a pop sound every two minutes that came from the bathroom. I reported it to the staff as I had difficult sleeping because of it and they were nice and said that they could reimburse me, but since I went with the third-party, they’re not able to.

The bed is extremely uncomfortable. It feels like you’re on the runway the bed moves when the planes takeoff they start at 6 am and go until 10 ish. Stayed two nights and both mornings were the same. If you’re an early morning person or have an early flight then might be okay.
