I needed an overnight place to stay near the airport. Tru was convenient, comfortable, clean, and cost-efficient. The only confusing thing was the entrance. You have to pull a ticket and enter a gated parking area.

We booked to be close to the airport and that was great. You had to use your keycard in the elevator before it would work. We were not told at the desk and there were no instructions in the elevator. The security gate was malfunctioning and the poor girl at front desk seemed clueless. I don't think she had been working long and still needed someone with her. Nice facility, close to airport, but front desk staff was not helpful or courteous.

It was a newer motel. Building was clean. The parking system was not explained to us when we arrived. We didn't know we had to have our tickets validated. They didn't restock their Coke products on a daily basis. Breakfast was ok. There was no microwave.

In the AM a person was at the breakfast bar getting something to eat before breakfast opened. When i saw the person getting food and I went to get food the customer service person told me the breakfast bar wasn't open but they allowed this other to get items. So, I guess how that person is able to get items and their response was they just do what they want. I was so upset I got to cursing.
