The main lobby, the gym, and my room were clean, the reception people were nice. The breakfast was poor with no variety. The neighborhood area is not safe with many homeless people. The room price was good and the hotel is in good condition but the area is not great.

The building is a little bit older but well kept, comfortable beds and clean rooms, all. The extended stay amenities, attentive friendly staff. The area does have some transients but that's to be expected everywhere in this city. The staff handle them well and there are security staff always around.

I am absolutely baffled by all the good reviews on this place. The person I checked in with was gross looking. Both the outside and inside smelled like cigarettes and at first, I thought it was the front desk person. There’s “breakfast to go” but once they “run out” there’s nothing. The breakfast is coffee, muffins and some fruit. That’s literally it. I honestly would not recommend unless you’re passing through, it’s very much like a motel 6.
