Dusty, dirty, poor housecleaning, broken amenities in the rooms, paint chipped off everywhere within the room. Extremely poor soundproofing, could hear everything above below and next to us and when complaints were sent to the front desk during the quiet hours of the night, nothing was done. Beds are uncomrfotable and hard and the sheets are extremely thing even after asking for a blanket on top of the two already on the bed. The pillows offer little to nothing in comfort as well. Half of our trip was disturbed and ruined due to noice and the entire trip we were taking allergy pills to fight the dust and pet hair and dander in the rooms that were causing us to have constant headaches and congestion, and i am not allergic to these conditions normally. It is just extremely overly dirty and dusty in this hotel. Staff was unhelpful and during breakfast they are judgey and rude to customers and residents of the hotel. I would not recommend staying here even for one night. Save your money and go across the street to the Marriott. I will personally never book at this property again.

Very friendly staff, love the kitchen and full size refrigerator in our room. Quiet area, local bar 2 minute walk. Everything else is only about a 25 minute walk away. Love the roof top deck on the 2nd floor, and views of the river.

Great location on the south waterfront with beautiful view. The staff were professional and kind. Housekeeping was good though the bodywash was empty on arrival. Nice to have housekeeping. We did have a king bed with tiny/twin size pillows so that would be my only complaint. Thanks for a wonderful stay in our first time in Portland.

Room wasn’t clean. Bathroom floor needed cleaning. Not sure if sheets were changed, pulled the sheets back and noted multiple strands of long hair all over the top sheet. The walls had paint chipping. Parking set up was terrible. Hotel only offered $49 valet parking that closed at 8pm, so good luck wanting to leave anywhere after 8. Parking $25 about a block away. Overall , would give this place a 6/10.

This is the second time that we have stayed at this hotel. The main reason we chose this location was proximity to events that we were attending in the area as well as the pet policy. This hotel's pet accommodation allowed us to bring our dogs with us for a comfortable and worry free stay. This hotel is very close to a park where we could take our dogs to relieve themselves. The hotel and room was very clean.

The hotel was incredibly nice and wonderful. The king bed suite with separate living room and full sized kitchen was so roomy, my husband and I loved it. The views of downtown with all the trees changing color was beautiful. The free breakfast was great and had tons of options. The only downside was that the room didn't come with a bathtub which would have been greatly appreciated since we did a lot of walking the city during our stay. Also, we weren't warned that the hotel charges $50 to use their valet for overnight parking since they don't allow for self-parking. I highly recommend just finding street parking and getting up early to pay the parking meter at 8AM, it's a huge money saver.
