The hotel is good value, and the staff are attentive. On site restaurant does a good breakfast at a reasonable price. Great start to the day. Talking with staff, it looks and sounds like the neighbourhood is improving. It has suffered the past few years, not unlike many other urban centres. Be aware of your surroundings and you should be fine. Great central location for many activities downtown. I would definitely stay again, and wish the neighbourhood continued improvement in the coming years. I’ll be back!

Overall, a very nice property. The room was large and comfortable. We had great difficulty getting our bathmat replaced - it took two phone calls, and one in-person visit to reception - but we eventually got it. Other than that, no complaints - we'd stay again.

Businesses permanently closed in the old town area. This area is quiet but you feel safe at day time. The hotel closes to Powell City bookstore, voodoo donuts, street food booths, Pioneer Square etc, by walking distance.

Hotel room was very clean and comfortable. One reason I would not recommend this hotel is Wi-Fi for anyone who is working remotely.Their Wi-Fi is not the best at all

The room is very clean and comfortable. Depending on the room, poor insulation to noise outside (close to the interstate) unfortunately. Would bring earplugs And WiFi is basically unusable, even the premium (would not recommend buying it). Had to leave for a coffee shop to work.
