Casa Carisma is a new home used since summer 2017.
The house will be partly refurnished and redecorated in September 2022.

There is a swimming pool of 10 x 3 meters.
There are 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and a maximum of 12 people can sleep, there is also an extra child's bed available.
There is sea view, mountain view and view of the famous Penon del Ifach of Calpé.

The house is located in a residential area in Polop (de la Marina) and is not far from La Nucia (3 min), Albir (10 min), Alfaz del Pi (5 min), Altea (15 min), Benidorm (10-15 min) and Calpe (25 min)
It is approximately a 45-50 min drive from Alicante airport.

Minimum of 7 nights in July and August unless your booking immediately follows another booking.

Perfect villa
Situated on a nice spot, so the view is really nice. The house is lovely and everything is clean an nicely decorated. The contact with the owner is great. She responded quickly and made sure we had a perfect holiday! We hooe to come back soon!

Amazing property!!
All the pictures don't do this property justice, we had an amazing stay in a beautiful location. Petra was a pleasure to deal with as was the maintenance guy, his name eludes me at this moment. You will not be disappointed by this villa.

Perfect Holiday Villa
Really enjoyed our visit to Casa Carisma, the location was quiet but not remote and everywhere of note was within a short drive. The villa itself was superb, all the features you could need such as heated pools, BBQ, outdoor seating, large open plan living. The villa was clean and tidy and the host Petra along with her friend Jesse were very helpful! I would highly recommend staying here and hope to visit again in the future.

This property is beautiful, modern and fully equipped!
Casa Carisma is all that you could ask for in a property. The private parking secures the vehicle within the property. The full functioning kitchen makes it very conveinient to prepare meals. The living areas are well equipped with high quality furniture and technology. The bedrooms are very comfortable. The hosts were friendly, flexible and accommodating. If I’m ever in the area again, I will definitely be staying here again. Top property!

Magnificent !
Very nice villa! We had a very nice stay with friends. The house is well equipped and clean. It is perfect for families and groups of friends. There is everything nearby: supermarket, fitness etc... we do not lack anything. The view from the house is very nice. We thought we were rich people for a week ^^! Moreover, the host is very responsive and everything is well organised. I highly recommend it!

Todo perfecto, excepto una cosa
La casa ideal, la piscina increíble, estaba todo perfecto.... La única pega es el sistema de alquiler. Entiendo que para el propietario sería perder dinero, pero a mí forma de verlo, los alquileres deberían ser de días completos... Es decir, 24 horas, 48 horas, 72 horas. Si entro a las 18:00 tendría que abandonar la casa a las 18:00 horas, y no a las 10:30 de la mañana, ya que me estás cobrando el día completo. Dicho eso, agradecimientos a los gestores de la casa que hicieron un esfuerzo por permitirnos entrar una hora antes de lo establecido.

Logement propre, piscine, tout est inclus, vaisselle, tout y est, il n’y a plus qu’à poser ses valises. Très bons échanges avec les propriétaires, réactifs. Au final rien à dire, tout était parfait

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable. La maison est très confortable et facile d'entretien. Elle est conforme à la description dans l'annonce. Petra est une hôtesse très agréable et très réactive. Elle répond systématiquement et rapidement. La maison est un peu isolée rien ne se fait à pieds mais tout est à proximité en voiture. We had a fantastic time at Villa Carisma! The villa is situated nearby the city of Altea, the waterfalls of Fonts de l'Algar, the beach of l'Albir, Benidorm, Guadalest,... However if you want to stay at the villa there is a nice pool with a big terrace. The villa is in an area where construction is still ongoing. In the house you have all the luxury you need: spacious bedrooms, 3 clean bathrooms, two living rooms, well equipped kitchen, however a bit small if you want you to cook for 12 persons. The host Petra is friendly, correct and quickly responding to any question. We can recommand the house!!!
