The Antler House
We had a great time. Water falls were awesome and did some great hiking. Got a visit from a little bear cub which was awesome to see. The house was just as it was pictured and communication with the property owners was great. Would definitely rent this again

Would not stay again
The house itself was fine but the level of service left a lot to be desired. Check in process was very painful. I was passed back and forth between the property management company and the rental agency several times. No one could tell me what the door code was until the last minute. When we arrived there was one roll of toilet paper in the entire house for 8 people and no paper towels. Took a full day to get any supplies. The driveway and stairs were a sheet of ice. No salt or anything available.

Nice for a get away
We were looking for a nice place next to killington that we could relax and rest for the few days we were skiing. Sitting next to the fire in the evening, warming sore joints in the sauna and going for a trek behind the property with the pups. We enjoyed our stay.

Cute House in the woods
This is a really cute house and I don't feel the pictures do it justice. The house was very comfortable, and a decent size for a group of people. It is furnished well and the wood burning fireplace really was the highlight for me. The location of the house to Woodstock, Killington, Ludlow is perfect and less than 5 minutes to kayak on Lake Amhearst or Lake Rescue. Great location for a relaxing few days away.

Overall great property very clean, just missing outside fire pit and some insect screens were broken so some bugs made their way into house.. Also couldn’t locate how to use speakers inside sauna.. little instructions would be helpful..

Cozy chalet for a ski trip
Great little chalet. Therefore the house is small-ish my group of 10 had plenty of room to enjoy our ski vacation. Pros: comfy beds, bunk room and the sauna! Cons: kitchen need an update i the applicances and some basic tools.

Family friendly vacation
We had a wonderful time in VT. The check in process was easy. While we went as a family of 4, this house could have accommodated 2 families. Loved the decor and comfort of the house. The location made it easy to access 2 bodies of water, restaurants, hiking locations and 2 different ski resorts. Would definitely book this home again.

Cute & Cozy
Great little house! Decor is mountain-chic perfect, all finishes are upgraded and thoughtfully-designed. Nice furniture, super soft beds. The sauna was perfect after ski and snowboard days. The perfectly designed bunk room in the lower level was a huge hit with the kids. TV down there with gaming system was a plus. The house is on a main road but all rooms face the beautiful woods and we never heard a peep of traffic during our stay. Very private, with no neighbors. 8 minutes from Okemo. The house is small-ish but with 3 bedrooms and the bunk room and four bathrooms, our two families of 4 (8 ppl total) were just fine. Some minor inconveniences - we did have an issue with intermittent sewage/sulphuric odor in one of the upstairs bathrooms and once on the main level. Might have been a vent line backdraft issue? The property mgr was quick to return our call although being a holiday weekend in the evening, weren't able to get anyone out to look at it. As I said, it was intermittent and minor, so not a dealbreaker and I'm sure they addressed it after we checked out. They offered us a small credit, though I've yet to see it. The other minor inconvenience was that it was somewhat minimally stocked. Exactly 4 tabs for the dishwasher (we stayed 4 nights with 8 people and cooked at the house so that was obviously not enough), exactly 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom (again 4 nights... not enough), no firewood for the fireplace). I've found through many home stays that properties managed directly by owners (as opposed to management companies) are often better stocked. Again, minor. And the grocery store and 2 smaller markets are close by. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
