A very mediocre 4 star hotel. Absolutely terrible customer service at the valet. We called once at night and once in the morning. Each was a 30 minute wait for our car. Even while we waited, there was zero communication as to where the car was, how long it would take, or if they were even getting it. Hotel room was freezing and it seems like the heat was broken. 50-55 degrees the whole stay. Bed was freezing all night despite increasing the heat throughout the night. The WiFi never worked across multiple devices and loyalty accounts.

Beautiful old hotel with lots of charm! Beautifully decorated for Christmas and really enjoyed the local school choir that performed in the lobby on Friday the 20th. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room as quaint with a comfortable bed and great water pressure in the shower. The hotel was a short walk from the outdoor Christmas market, skating rink and the Cultural District. The only comment for improvement would be the customer service of the staff in the coffee shop. The were fine, but not at the same level of friendliness and service of the other restaurants in the hotel.

One of my favorite hotels. My husband and I stayed one night to celebrate our wedding anniversary. When the front desk employee found out we were celebrating our anniversary she gave us a $50 credit on our bill for brunch the following morning and two drink coupons for free drinks at one of their restaurants in the hotel. Such a rare moment in these times.

Booked and paid for a room with a king size bed but they put us in a room with a queen, which did not have a fitted sheet, just the flat sheet over the mattress. Window wouldn't close so we could hear everything outside, including christmas music at 5 am. We could also hear everything in the hallway too, so got very little sleep. The room was not very clean and the shower pressure was so strong it was painful.

My husband and I where in town for a football game. The staff made us feel like welcomed guest from the time that we arrived until the time that we checked out. For someone who travels with their own cleaning supplies I found the room to be very clean. The area around the hotel had lots of security. The hotel was within walking distance of the stadium. There were plenty of stores near by. The self parking option was not convenient and the hotel changed $45 per night for valet parking.Really great hotel in a great location.
