I feel they didn't take seriously the issue of AC in my room. My AC wasn't working and I informed front desk but they couldn't fix it or move me to a better room. To be fair to them, this is my first complaint despite my frequent stays! Hope not to have such an experience again.

Super outdated property. Rooms looked like they came out of 2003. Walls were really thin. You can hear conversations from anyone in the hall or room nearby. Found a few bugs in my room during my stay.

Good stay
The desk staff was very efficient, booked our shuttle for morning. Breakfast started at 4 am so we got a wake up call. Bed was fine except pillowcases were very rough. Bathroom was only big enough to turn around, tub water would fluctuate between very hot and cold. Would not hold a temp. Otherwise place was great!
