Broken lift and lack of sympathy
It was only after we checked in and got a key for the top floor (4/F) that we were told that unfortunately, the lift is broken. Asked if there was any lower level room because one of us is quite elderly and has health issues. The lady at the counter said she would not give us a lower level room because we booked last minute. It was a non-refundable booking and she told us "If you have a problem, you can make other arrangement", shrugging her shoulders. She also gave an impression that the lift just broken down and they wouldn't have been able to warn their guests. But the out-of-service notice on the lift was dated 5 days ago. She eventually did send someone to help us with the large suitcase. But the climb was taxing for my husband to say the least. Fortunately it was just one night. Wish their staff had better sympathy for guests with physical limitations.

A very good choice of hotel if you are using the rail station ( 5 minutes away ) or the airport ( 15 minutes walk ). Nice breakfast buffet. Would be nice to have a kettle for making tea in the room though.

Location was perfect for our needs. Breakfast was nice with a good selection and comfortable room. Our room was small, dark, dungy, and noisy. We spent 3 nights in a cramped uncomfortable rome. Furnture didn't fit. Daily room cleaning was adequate. We were happy to leave.

I stayed for 2 nights because it was convenient to seeing the leaning tower which was about a mile walk and it was very close to the train station, only a couple minutes walk. I visited Cinque Terre the next day and got back near midnight. My room had everything I needed, clean private bathroom, small room for 1 but perfect for me. Not luxury but very good value.

My wife and I stayed 3 nights and found the experience to be very enjoyable. The room was not large but big enough for our needs. The room was well maintained and clean. The bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was continental And very good. The staff made fresh coffee for us. Overall a great experience. Would highly recommend this hotel. We would stay there again.

Perfectly fine for a short stay
It’s right by the station and a mere 20 minute flat walk from the airport so forget paying for the PisaMover. Location is good for everything, the Tower is a nice 20 min flat walk down the main shopping street, plenty of places to eat around you and is clean and tidy. We had a nice comfy bed, good air con and a decent breakfast. Staff nice and helpful in any interactions and a good price. It’s an economical hotel perfect for transport like and tourists passing through and does exactly what you need it to do No fuss No frills A clean bed and room and a decent shower at a good price

Conveniently located near the main train and bus station, this hotel was clean, comfortable and economical. The desk staff was very helpful, offering to break large bills, recommending nearby restaurants, which I learned were excellent, and always greeted me with a smile. The breakfast is worth the extra euros. The croissants are baked fresh daily, along with other pastries. The fruit, cheeses, meets, juices and typical Italian coffee drinks were wonderful.
