Surprising little hotel

Very close to the train station. This hotel was a little suprising, It didnt have any lifts from the front door to the reception which was a bit tricky with big heavy bags however the staff memeber was happy to help us. There is a small lift once your in that you take to your room. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room is a little dated but was ok for a few nights stay. Breakfast was basic but enough choices to start your day. Loved the freshly barista made coffee each morning. Each day they ask you to leave your key at the reception which seemed a bit weird, but they were old style real keys and very heavy so glad not to be carrying in my bag all day. room was a bit dark. the bed was a little hard. The bathroom had a shower with good pressure, but you did have to be careful as there is a step down from the bathroom to the bedroom. The area was ok and walkable. Would recommend

The hotel is right by the railway station so was perfect for arriving into Pisa late in the early hours. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a little small but ideal for a couple of nights. Breakfasts very good.

Property itself was very good. Lovely and immaculate room. Great breakfast choices. Nice staff, helpful in getting airport taxi. Surrounding area a bit sketchy but mostly because of unclean conditions.

The room that they gave us was supposed to have a bed size queen but they gave us 2 twin beds together which felt uncomfortable as it would separate during the night. They also don't have a place to store your luggage that is a safe place if you arrive early before check in hours. They will leave your luggage in a room that is open separate to the lobby where there is no one checking to make sure that they are safe.
