The staff is great and it was clean. The breakfast is not good and I highly recommend eating elsewhere. The outdoor patio never had the fire on and wasn’t really cared for. The unlimited hot coffee always available at front area was a great plus. This is a 3 star hotel not 4 star, but it was family oriented, clean, convenient and quiet. The staff is very nice and helpful.

My niece and I enjoyed our overnight stay here when visiting Dollywood. The location is convenient, parking had easy access to the elevator by an exterior entrance and the room was roomy and clean.

The reviews for this hotel were great and I loved the idea of a cozy fireplace in our room for our fall break trip. I booked a king suite with a fireplace and a balcony. It ran about $250 a night. We arrived and were quickly given room keys. We walked into a two queen room, no fireplace, no balcony. We returned to the front desk. The desk agent said they oversold the rooms. They didn’t have our room type available. This was at 4pm, just one hour after check in was open. We were then moved to a king room, not a suite, and no fireplace. They also gave us a couple of free passes to the breakfast buffet. Well ok, not the best start but free food is good. They offered a discount until they saw we were booked through a third party and then said there was nothing they could do. We went to explore the area for a few hours then returned to the parking garage where people were drinking and smoking pot in their truck beds. We settled into bed and turned on the tv. The tv didn’t work. It turned on but it wouldn’t connect to the server. I decided to read instead but the light by the bed didn’t work. So I decided to make a drink and relax. I went to the hallway to get ice and the hallway smelled like marijuana. We got our stuff and checked out. We were booked for two nights which were nonrefundable. It doesn’t really matter how we feel about the property. What matters is if you would want this experience.
