The Charm hotel and resort is as conveniently located since it’s just across the Patong beach and walking distance to Patong night market. Its breakfast buffet is also very good and has a lot of variety to choose from. Its close to tons of dining options, massage spas and shopping.

Il y avais des excrement de pigons sur la terrasse pas tres agreable. La dame me dit qu il essaye de remedie a ces pigeons avec un oiseaux volant qui leur ferais "peur". Jaurais aimer un mini bar dans la chambre car cest une chambre deluxe. Personnelle sympas.

The Junior Suite was spacious and comfortable but what makes The Charm amazing is the staff. I felt like they truly cared about us. The friendliness and attention we received was incredible and I highly recommend this resort to anyone staying in the Patong area.

The inclusive breakfast was was very average most days you had eggs ,twice had omelette raw in middle not much to go with rhe eggs Had steak buffet you couldn’t chew it Had another couple meals average When arrive told them twice that room wasn’t clean Cleaners come each day , day 4 before the dirty bench was wiped by them Staff friendly Personally wouldn’t go there again Probably go back to Kata Novotel where we stayed before

Great hotel and location - very close to beach but in quiet location away from busy main road. We had booked a junior suite with pool access which was excellent. Very spacious and having the pool access was great to have a swim / dip to cool off after a day of sightseeing. Would definitely stay here again.

The roof top pool has great views over Patong Bay. Staff friendly and attentive. Religious chanting at 4am daily from nearby mosque was disturbing. Overall enjoyed our stay.

Underwhelming experience and outdated hotel
Rooms are in poor condition. Need serious renovating to modern standards, same goes for the bathroom itself. Just before that, had a much better experience , for a similar price, in another hotel nearby.

Great property.. food was pretty average apart from that was convenient location to the beachfront and a short 10-15min walk to Bangla. Bed was firm but room was tidy and clean.

Family suite was so nice. so much room and a jacuzzi on our balcony over looking patong beach. Tuk Tuks just out front. easy to get to the shops, laundry and 7/11s by walking 500m. beach was well cleaned although some rubbish in the water if the swell is a certain way. only criticism is infinity pool is more for adults, kids liked it but it seemed they were a inconvenience for the other guests as it is small. very lovely staff.

Lovely resort in a great location walking distance to Patong beach and main shopping areas but far enough away to be quiet and avoid the craziness of central Patong. Rooftop infinity pool is def the resort's drawcard where you can relax with a drink and order food and enjoy great views of the beach. Breakfast buffet is great and food in general. Staff and service is very good. The resort rooms are starting to look a bit tired and rundown - could do with some maintenance and modernising/renovation. Shower pressure not great. We had a spacious 2 bedroom apartment but the living area and couch is small. TVs don't have Netflix. Some sliding doors are difficult to open. No spare power points anywhere in the living area - had to put the kettle in the bedroom. The beds are big and very comfortable

I booked 2 rooms and both had issues. One smelt very damp and i found dust that had been there for a while. The other rooms AC would not cool at all. The door alarm kept going off. Water pressure in both rooms made it very hard to have a decent shower. The staff at the reception just seemed very unbothered and clearly confused on alot of matters. Wasnt very happy with the stay so we ended up staying out most of the days. Plus- the roof top pool and view. Thats all.
